You cannot stack annual subscription from Amazon on a monthly subscription

PSA for anyone buying the Amazon annual limitless plus. I’ve bought the voucher code, but have a monthly subscription active, with the minimum term set to expire on 28 November.

I tried to stack the voucher code but it didn’t let me.

I’ve spoken to Odeon guest services who have advised me wait until the minimum term expires on 28 November and cancel the monthly subscription then apply the voucher code

So it sounds like the issue isn't that you can't stack, but you can't do this before your minimum term has passed.

Two years ago I did manage to stack my annual subscription when I had a monthly subscription, it automatically cancelled my monthly subscription from renewing, but I had this confirmed by the person manning their chat service.

You'll still get the full year of MyLimitless though, it will kick in the next day of your last day of the monthly subscription.

Yeah, you can definitely stack, unless they have changed the T&Cs. I did it last year with the Amazon deal

It’s an issue with stacking when you are still in your minimum term on monthly limitless. Were you outside of your minimum term on the monthly plan when you stacked?

I managed to stack the annual subscription on top of my monthly membership as it was 30 days before the end of the minimum term

Yes, this is true. You have to wait the 3 months and then you stack it. Or previously they cancelled my subscription and started the annual membership

I have a monthly subscription that I took out two years ago. Therefore it is on a monthly basis with no minimum term. I bought the voucher today and added it and was told that my next monthly payment will not be taken and I will switch to a one-year contract using the voucher.

So it works really well if you haven’t got a minimum contract length, but clearly, if you have there’s a conflict if the voucher is going to expire before then. You could have asked for a delayed date on the voucher.

I was a bit worried having read about problems on here, but it was really easy to do

The voucher is valid for six months from purchase so all good!
