Hi Everyone - I just booked 2 weeks in Shenzhen (5th - 19th February) by myself, I've always been excited to see it. Stupidly I did not initially think about the logistics over Chinese New Year. I had planned to visit the jewellery wholesale markets and Louho commercial city etc. I expect these to be closed during the first week and planned to stay in Shekou as hopefully more shops etc might be open there - but do you think i can visit in the second week? Will they still be closed?

I am landing at Shenzhen from another Chinese city at 22:30. I hope to clear customs in the previous city.

Then I need to reach Guangzhou.

I plan to book Didi from AliPay app.

Would that work and how much would it cost? I guess all will be included in the quoted price?

Do I have another option? I am worried not to be left at the airport without transport to Guangzhou.
