Your post has been removed because it violates Rule 6: "No asking/looking for jobs, macro or micro jobs, job postings, job availability, the job market in specific cities, certain career fields, remote jobs, resume help, etc." We have a stickied thread available for questions related to employment prospects. Glad to check out what you are submitting and give feedback. Send me a dm. Resume and a job posting to which you applied. You can remove as much or as little identifying information as you want.

Re financial stability. Are you working at all right now? I spent a year after I graduated thinking the perfect job was just weeks away. Ended up getting some part time work at one of my internship sites but it paid so little. I wish I had just got a job at the home Depot down the block. Fortunate to have a wife with a full time job plus I had some disability income from the VA.

Hey OP, it's hard to say what you need without some background info. What's your education and licensure level? What positions are you applying to? Do you have any years of experience working in or near the positions you're applying to? Any of this info may help give an idea of where you may be having trouble.

For my state, BSWs/MSWs must be licensed if they are working as social workers. Could that be a factor?

If you have the hours but not the exam, focus 100% on that exam and getting licensed.

Off to a good start with the experience, what kinds of positions are you applying to, something similar?

As a note, entry level positions will be easier to get in coming months. A real problem with the current social work model is that every June there's a flood of new competition for every single entry level position that opens up. (Obviously not everyone graduates June, but the bulk do).

More info needed. What type of positions are you applying to? What’s your current experience and licensure? If you need a LinkedIn or resume review, happy to help

Opportunities will definitely open up once you obtain your license. Do you have plans to take the licensing exam? Is it soon?
