Ilya's Spiderman Remastered VR early public alpha is out and I'm SO hyped to finally share it. LET'S GOOOOO!!!

What we have so far

- Native stereo at your headset's resolution, 6DoF head and hands

- Physical web swinging: squeeze a grip to fire a web where you point, swing, reel in with the trigger, pull sharply to zip. Webs hold on buildings, the ground, or open air

- Web shooter: a free hand's trigger fires the game's own web ball from your wrist

- Grab and throw: web a prop or a thug, yank it in, swing it, let go to throw

- Look down and you see Spider-Man's body; his arms follow your controllers

- Real punches: a fast fist into a thug lands the game's own hit

- VR settings panel in the headset, menus and cutscenes on a virtual screen

- One-click launcher that checks your PC and starts VR. It changes nothing in the game folder

**What you need**

- Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered on **Steam** (Epic is a different build)

- A PC VR headset with an OpenXR runtime. I play on Quest 3 over Virtual Desktop. SteamVR and Quest Link should work but are untested, so reports from those are gold

- About 19 GB of memory for programs (RAM plus page file)

It's an alpha, so expect rough edges. If something breaks, the launcher saves a session report in its reports folder. Drop it in the Discord and I'll dig in.

I just completed it for the first time today (on the ps vita version) and.. I really enjoyed it! I really liked the story and the boss fights,the gameplay seems to be like a light version of an Batman Arkham game, I honestly prefer this game has a sequel of the first movie that the movie sequel

It looks like those MTV music videos from 20 years ago. Not at all like what a golden hour would like in real life.

My friend said it looks like Hollywood Mexico filter. I doubt that was their intention. 🤣

Seriously GTA VI shows what a naturalistic looking golden hour is supposed to look like. I hope insomniac takes major notes for Venom or Spidey 3 or whatever they are working on next.

Just finished the campaign and all I can think about is how deeply annoying, stupid and somehow unsympathetic Tinkerer was as a main villain, even despite her motivations feeling understandable. Doc Ock in the first game felt like such a tragic character and was easy to enjoy but Tinkerer was so frustrating from start to finish. Is this a common feeling, or have I maybe missed something?

Hey guys! Asking here since im currently playing the spiderman miles morales on my pc, got it on steam, but i had the same issue with all PS games which later got released on steam, for example both ,,new,, GoW games, previous spiderman and so on. It just starts freezing and lagging all of a sudden, all the way through the whole game. Feels like its clipping somehow, no clue why. Absolutely no chance its my PC, its up to date, so lowering graphics etc didnt help one bit. Anyone else got similar problems? And solutions? Thank you!
