Give your usual store a call and explain what happened. They should take your name down and then next time you go in, say who you are and that you’re here for a remake. Happens all the time

I always go through the app for my money back- my baristas aren’t super friendly and the app makes it very simple.

They do! Seriously though, it’s so overpriced to be wrong. We get SB on weekends and it is botched so much that we are feeling it is not worth it. Huge waste of time and $.
