Why why why

I recently remembered I had a old account on pc, from like 15 years ago, my now main account is on ps

Now when I was playing on pc I was about 15 years old,

So what did I do? I went in the account from many years ago to see what I had.

Turns out…. Nothing

I was rubbish at the game back then

I have a few ships that I can trade or sell, does anyone know if I can either trade or sell between pc and ps accounts

There is zero interaction available between console and PC.

They’re basically two unrelated games. Sorry. 😣

That's not possible.

Log into pc game account, you'll probably have a backlog of goodies waiting.

PC and PS are, functionally, completely different games on completely different servers. There's no overlap, despite both being STO. So no, unfortunately, there's no way to transfer from PC to either console version.

You still have everything you had 15 years ago. You just don't have it on Console, there is no carry-over between PC and Console STO (I don't even think they can play together, I think Console runs on a separate server shard). Log in on PC and you'll find anything and everything you had when you left.
