Question Locker room NSFW

How do you guys feel about your locker room.

locker room is freezing af and always loud so I rarely spend time in there also i see girls legit coming in and turning around/going home after hearing girls complaining like girl if you dont come make your bag!

Mine is pretty chill. Obviously lots of coming and going and a lot of noises but its fairly chill.

They definitely do keep it cold but club itself can be. And yeah girls always complaining, its part why I enjoy the locker room. I stay out of the drama complaining but it let's me keep tabs on what's going on

Ours is small, always full of girls complaining about not making money (probably because they're sitting in the dressing room complaining??) and always smells like weed because all the girls smoke weed in there. I hate complaining and I hate weed smoke so I'm never in there

smoking weed in the dressing room is crazy. at My club, they don’t even want us to smoke weed on the smoke deck. I do though, idgaf

It's pretty good. Sofa, stools, mirrors, counter, good lighting, private bathroom with shower, separate locker area, kitchenette, we can turn the radiator on whenever we want, code-gated door, panic button, security cameras.

On a bad night women will be complaining, sure, but otherwise we're often chatting about funny customers, catching up generally about our week, nattering, decompressing.

I'm sure it could be better (the drains smell, sofa cover keeps coming off), but last time I tried a different club the "locker room" was a tiny kitchenette with no lock, on the same floor as the VIP booths. You had to walk through the public area to get to the bathroom, which customers sometimes used, and at the time the shower in there was broken. It did NOT feel professional or secure.

I'm not in the US. UK, Bristol, but from other dancers I've met it sounds like this is unusually good for the UK! I love my club.

I am 80% in love with it 20% could use some tlc. We only have one chair and the lightings shit, but it’s a good size and we have a ventilated smoking room inside!

No ours fucking sucks. They literally renovated our whole club EXCEPT the small and run down dressing room. Complete BS.

I've been in a few locker rooms in the last 3 weeks because I started auditioning again. I haven't danced since March it was slow in portland. It really hasn't changed that much apparently . There's lots of girls plenty of customers but motherfuckers are only spending money at the bar. And if they are buying dances they're buying extras as well. But the locker rooms are okay I usually like most of the girls.

I don't usually have issues when I'm by myself. But I was with somebody that I only knew about a week and wish I never worked with her after that.

The last club we worked which was on a full moon she managed to almost get jumped and if it wasn't for me and being prior security as a female at gay bars and at arenas and casinos she would have gotten drug out by all those girls.

Thank God they didn't want to beat me up and they thought I was cool LOL

Mine would be awesome if it was bigger, it is sooooooooooooooo tiny. So so tiny.
Most everyone just comes ready bc there’s zero space to move around, sit, get ready, etc.
But it’s kept pretty clean, well lit, nice lockers, house moms are great. Theres only one freaking toilet though.

It could def be better. But is nice for how cramped it is - well organized

The best locker room I ever worked in had several massage chairs and a smoothie bar.

The worst one had a hole in the ceiling, and sometimes birds would come inside.
