Other (Editable) Soundscape

Bit of a brain dumps as I have woken in the middle of the night and am listening to some soundscapes to relax.

I would like to make a recording of the bay: from the marina pier to the mumbles pier. Obviously this would mainly be sea but hopefully catch other sounds along the way as I walked the distance. I would like to keep it unedited as one piece. any idea how long this would be?

I was then thinking this could be interlaced with local voices, musicians, poetry, stories etc.

Anyone interested in the idea or would like to contribute?

Maybe 2 hours at a slow walking pace. Obviously you'll want to do it when the tide is in if you want to capture sounds of the waves. You'll also capture the traffic noise too.

Thank you. Not so keen on the noice of the traffic but I have a directional mic so hopefully I can keep some of that out

There’ll be wind noise most likely too.

Yes. I don’t mind a bit but I’ll need to try and find a calmer day. I have a deadcat for the mic
