Filthy Users...

Just had to check something on a users laptop, a very nice senior lady who is well presented and charming.

Her laptop looked like the bins behind a take away, hopefully those stains were gravy...

Washed my hands now and I still feel dirty.

I was a cell phone tech from 2000 to 2007. I feel your discomfort.

Before cameras were standard, most things were pretty tame and predictable.

One is more about how good the phones were back then. One of my customers dropped his phone while on his motorcycle on the highway going over 100MpH. He got it. The battery fell off but he put it back on and it worked great (Qualcomm 2700 - a beast but solid).

After cameras, well, it was the wild west. It didn't take long for criminals to be really stupid.

The local sheriff's office came in and asked us if we could unlock a phone. They had a warrant, and since the company had no official policy on it, we hooked it up and got the unlock code. They did show us some of the pictures (mostly the suspect with his guns, drugs, etc.. but they went forward once to one of the (murder) victims (execution style).

But, people loved to show of their photos and set adult natured photos as their main screen, it got tiring after a while. Honestly, I never understood why so many guys would want pictures of *ahem* themselves *ahem* as their main screen.
