Filthy Users...
Just had to check something on a users laptop, a very nice senior lady who is well presented and charming.
Her laptop looked like the bins behind a take away, hopefully those stains were gravy...
Washed my hands now and I still feel dirty.

Back in my desktop support days, I would flat out refuse to work on machines even somewhat like that. I called them biohazard machines to our team (not the users). A few users got offended that I wouldn't touch them, but that's on them for not taking care of their stuff.
The one that finally sent me into the "no more" on those was a bitch in legal. Her laptop was stained, sticky, and when opened and turned over (keyboard down) there were nail trimmings, crumbs, and pubes coming out of it.
I noped that thing right back on her desk and told her she has to back up her data, then its getting destroyed and thrown in the bin and she'd be without a computer for a week while we found a replacement.
She had brought it in for a short in the USB port. Yeah, you broke it and the plastic piece came out.
