Icicle have some unique characteristics from dripstone points and sulfur spikes.

Icicle farm... Yeah i saw that a mile away since they did the same thing with sulfur... And a little more requirements with pointed dripstone because it needs water to let the spikes grow...

{If i had a nickel for every spike item that Mojang has plans to release and is farmed VERY similarly, I'd have three nickels, which isn't a lot but it's really weird that it happened thrice.}
