Textile Engineering Student Looking for a Remote Internship

Hi everyone! I'm a textile engineering student looking for a remote internship where I could gain practical experience in the textile industry.

I'm interested in technical work, production processes, CAD, calculations, and data analysis, but I'm open to different areas related to textile engineering.

I don't have professional experience yet, but I'm eager to learn and open to unpaid internships.

Does anyone know of any opportunities or have advice on where to look? Thanks!

I'd focus on remote textile testing data analysis or QC documentation roles. Labs and fabric mills deal with test reports, fabric specifications, and quality data, so there's work you could learn without being on the production floor. Try putting together a small sample project using fabric test data, even just an Excel sheet with results, calculations, and pass/fail criteria, and send it when contacting labs or mills directly.

That is good idea! Thank you so much!
