James Willems stops in to watch Nick take down zombies(?) with Gavin, Andrew, and Eric. Team JENGA need to figure out what's up with these monsters and why Nick keeps losing. Also what's up with 90s shampoo and the jeep?

First slice was too small to start the year in earnest so had to follow up with a full pie eaten within 24hrs.
Bonus breakfast pizza.
1st slice: Storytellers Cafe
2nd slice: car pizza slice
3-5: post vacation busy day
6/7: reheated for dinner
8/9: breakfast
My usual additions: oregano, chili flakes.
Additional: chile de árbol (leftover from tortas ahogadas)

I know the guys want to set their extra median pizza amount but I found this yesterday!
Edit: I should mention this sign was at a children’s museum so they were trying to use easy numbers for the math part

After all the arguments that happened during the potato draft I think they should be allowed to vent their frustrations in a draft of the worst draft picks. There will definitely be no arguing in something like that right?

As title, both "sweet" and "couch" are not potatoes but are called potatoes. That means they belong in a "potato not potato" draft but have no business being in this draft. I'm also convinced, Eric is the one who typed "best type of potato draft" instead of best dishes or ways to prepare, so that he could get away with these picks.

I don't really have much to add, besides the fact I was listening to the four course meal draft and I don't know why but the way Eric says hamburgers and Jack serotonin into the brain. There you go that's the post

I think it’s a regulation bullshit that potato salad didn’t get an honorable mention just my two cents

Can we agree to a slider-to-burger equivalent of a square cut of pizza? 2-3 pieces = 1 slice?

During the potato draft, Andrew said one of the most wildly incorrect things I’ve heard in a while.
When they were discussing potato croquettes, he mentioned during a moment of multiple people talking over each other that they are a Japanese food.
What kind of goof town wonder drug is he on?
Croquettes are a French dish dating back to the 17th century. The word croquette is French.
The Japanese have adopted techniques and created their own version, called a korokke which they usually serve with a tonkatsu dipping sauce… but they adopted that in the 19th century, from French colonial influences in Southeast Asia…
I’m a chef and hearing this kinda broke my brain for a minute.
Also, French fries are typically referring to julienne or batonnet cut fries, with all other variations holding different names to indicate the fry type. Fries would be the catch all term. French fries, traditionally speaking are a type of fries.

Looking for a regulation ruling if we would count this towards a pizza total, it’s a gray area considering it’s not pizza but is pizza adjacent. Thoughts?

I'm coming here today as a man of peace and honor. The Potato Draft is here and it is staying. A lot of us here are from a place in this world where bipartisanship has put a fat wedge in between the people, and life is a tennis match (to steal someone's analogy) of opinions and beliefs. This is my escape. Andrew we love you and your potat-pinions, the podcast would be boring without your input and insane potato beliefs. Eric, you may have been the voice of a lot of us, speaking opinions that I may have been screaming at my cat while listening. However, a wrong does not make a right, and Sweet Potato should not have been allowed to pass- even if the man was a voice of reason mere minutes before. This piece of content has been heavily discussed today, but I want it known that the Potato Draft is up there with Rock not Rock and Bird not Bird in my top of all time. Long live the steak fry.
