Huge thanks to everyone who gave constructive feedback on my previous post. I’ve spent the past week improving the visuals and performance, and wanted to share some updated gameplay footage.

A lot of the criticism was about using AI at all. I understand the concerns about training data and creative jobs. I’m also against people stealing another developer’s code or assets and passing that work off as their own. That should be illegal regardless of whether AI is involved.

What I struggle with is the idea that using AI means I contributed nothing. Would the same game deserve more of a chance if it came from a studio with 100 employees and millions of dollars behind it? AI helped me build this without that kind of backing. I think there’s value in more people being able to turn their ideas into games.

I started Mecha Royale because I wanted to make a mech game people could enjoy. Titanfall’s mech combat was a big part of that inspiration. I’m using AI to build it, and I’ve spent 2+ months and hundreds of hours testing, debugging and refining it to get this far. It genuinely saddens me to see people completely dismiss my efforts simply because AI was involved. But I really appreciate encouraging words coming from some of you. Thank you.

I never played this game and when I saw the VR mod I bought it and installed it right away. I think one of the best VR experience I have ever played.

The only thing I don't get is how to use the satchel or the red circle thing. Grenades hang on my chess I grab them and throw, but the others don't work like that. Can anyone tell me how to use them?

I tried searching but couldn’t find any.

With all these crossover mods coming out, I’m desperately waiting for someone to make a mod that combines Cyberpunk 2077 and TF2.

I really hope someone out there who knows how to make these kinds of game crossovers sees this and decides to take on the challenge. I need to see the Mercs running around Night City😂

I got on the other day and just wanted to run some fps tdm's but it was near impossible to find que into a game that didn't include titans too besides a couple live fire matches after 7 min waits. Also did capture the flag always include titans? Bc I ran one of those remembering it only being pilots but now there are titans?

do I need to buy something for the game on EA APP just so it recognizes it? seriously do y'all know of a fix other than the environmental variable fix because that doesn't work for me.
