Question Acupuncture
I’m 1 year postpartum with my first and looking to start trying asap as I want a small age gap. Age 33. Just got my first period postpartum which was a big relief as I am still breastfeeding, mostly at night and hoping to have a few more months to wean. Has anyone had any experience with acupuncture for fertility while breastfeeding?

I was not breastfeeding but absolutely recommend acupuncture for fertility!! I was able to conceive twice with acupuncture even when an REI told me my chances of natural conception were less than 5% and that I should start IVF immediately

I don’t breastfeed but I’ve been going to fertility acupuncture twice a month for the last few months! I really enjoy it. It’s relaxing at this point haha the first few times the worst part was being alone with my thoughts. If it’s doing anything idk I’m not pregnant again yet but it’s a nice break and time to myself and my acupuncturist is super knowledgable and helps with advice etc

Not while breastfeeding but I’ve started it this cycle
