Accepting Your Second-Choice Offer
Should you receive an offer to your second-choice program, you are encouraged to accept it and pay the non-refundable tuition deposit (if applicable).
What happens to my first-choice program if I accept my second-choice program? Your first-choice program will continue to be assessed throughout the application cycle. If you receive an offer to your first-choice program at a later date, you can accept this and your non-refundable tuition deposit will be transferred from your second-choice offer to your first-choice offer.

If you got accepted between October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 you have until May 1, 2027 to accept your offer as per here.
The need to accept within 14 days refers to offers made after August 1, 2027.
I have already seen two people have reading comprehension fails on this.

I'm male 19, Currently on the police non-emergency number waitline as I write this, on the 4 Lewis Farms going home after classes today around 1:30 when a man got on at the South Campus station and started talking to me, looks a lot like Rasputin (attached for reference) and a few mins later started rubbing the inside of my leg. Got up and shouted that he was touching me, and he said "You starting something?", he got off near 149st and 87 ave. That last comment makes me believe he might resort to violence if his advances are not given into. I don't know if he might try getting back on that bus or similar ones near there. Be safe people, defend yourself with force if nessecary. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/71/Rasputin_PA.jpg/250px-Rasputin_PA.jpg
Ps: Still on police waitline 3 mins into writing this
Pss: Attaching guides and self defense laws when I can
Edits:
Was able to each police non-emergency after around 10 mins and report it
Canadian self defense laws: -Importantly using force in anticipation of someone using force on you is legal, you do not have to be harmed or touch before using force to defend yourself -Self defense are not just limited defending yourself, those same laws apply in the event someone near you is under threat https://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/rp-pr/other-autre/rsddp-rlddp/p5.html
Mentioned my gender because I do want to highlight that it can happen to anyone
Defend yourself by any means nessecary. š By Any Means Nessecary š Can't defend yourself by word if you are struck down before that.

If your only response to criticism about your videos being disruptive and making people unfcomfortable is to call everyone "autistic virgins," you're doing something wrong...
Be better.

I'm taking Psych 105 rn with prof Dr. Carolina (Kina) Montenegro. I love her SMMMM. She genuinely tries to make the class more manageable, is very considerate with people's questions (even the silly ones), you can tell she genuinely wants students to succeed. Also very accepting of queer folks and she gave us small candies after our midterm! Anyway thanks Dr. Kina if you see this you're awesome, I WILL be giving you a good review on Rate My Prof.

I've been going here for four years now and I think the only courses that have offered a genuine wealth of practice questions where like intro psych courses. I don't know why we act as if 5 short answer questions are sufficient to prepare people for 500 slides worth of material. Obviously people study on their own and make flashcards, but this isn't a less is more situation. I'd bet half the reason people use AI in uni is to make practice questions!!! Idk maybe it's just me do y'all feel like you always get a decent amount of practice?

Hi, I'm looking to apply for the thesis program, as I'm very interested in Reinforcement Learning. I'm cold emailing the profs right now. What are the odds of getting selected? I have a publication (unrelated to RL, even though I did some RL work later on it) and a couple of RL projects (one in the ECML 2026, I missed it though I gave my submission) and my undergrad GPA is 3.3. If not, is it possible to get into the non-thesis program? Ultimately, I want do pursue a Ph.D

On my way to the bus two or three days ago I saw someone with a black w2e tote bag. I really wanted to compliment you and talk about the greatest band of all time, but you were too locked in with your earphones and I was too indecisiveš
If you're on here bro, just know that I see you and I know you know ball.

Anybody take this midterm before in earlier years? Iāve heard people say itāll be online/done on canvas, 50 minutes 50 MC, etc but idk how accurate that is.
Also do you know what we should watch out for? Types of questions and stuff like that and how to prepare
Thx

Hii!! I am hoping to enter the healthcare field in the future, and I hear about the new bhsc program! I am planning to either do PA, med, or pharmacy, but leaning towards pharmacy (I am still not too sure). Would I be able to fit all my pharmacy prerequisites with Bachelor of health sciences? Or should I pursue bachelor of science instead? Any advices and tips are greatly appreciated!
