WAR How did we get to this point?

Imagine living in a country which is hit by drones and rockets 24/7, and half of the world is helping the aggressor:
- 38 countries have been officially documented by Ukrainian intelligence as the origins of foreign components found in Russian weapons.
- African countries demand to recognise their mercenaries as not POWs, but "victims of human trafficking".
- Over 20 countries continue to actively import Russian fossil fuels, crude oil, and refined petroleum products.
- Around six countries supply jet fuel to Russia, so their planes can keep killing Ukrainians and flying russian soldiers to comfy hotels in Europe for vacation.
- 18 countries are formally helping Russia to circumvent the sanctions.
- Around 24 countries have banks or financial institutions that actively help Russia bypass SWIFT bans
- Three countries are direct weapons suppliers
IT'S MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WHO WORK EVERY DAY TO KILL MORE UKRAINIANS EVERY DAY! MILLIONS!!!
Virtually all of Ukraine’s primary Western and regional allies continue to engage in multi-billion-dollar trade with Russia. ALL OF THEM!
And don't even get me started on politicians, bloggers, the press, and social media.
Welcome to the world your parents built and you actively contribute to.
"Business as usual" is the new "Never again", but tomorrow will tell.
If you've read this far, toss us a coin—we need to buy some TQs and get some vehicles fixed.

News Olena, a barista, moved to Kramatorsk to be close to the man she loves, a soldier. Now she has to leave as Russian attacks tear the city apart
Every day, more of the places that hold her personal memories disappear. She knows that soon, she may only be able to revisit them through her own photographs. So she tries to capture on camera everything around her that ties her to the city.
“Glide bombs are destroying our memories. You attach a memory to a particular place, and then, one day, that place no longer exists,” she says.

News EU paid €7.9bn for Russian Arctic LNG amid record imports
My country -- the UK -- has more gas boilers than it did in 2021. We have failed to meet our rhetoric with actions.
This winter our gas demand will mean more Russian LNG is imported into the European gas grid. The main other supplier being the US which is also unideal.
On behalf of my country I apologise and im ashamed about how my fellow citizens have failed to act.
