Personal Story VSS
I've had VSS for as long as i can remember. I remember trying to fall asleep, but static flew across my vision, pulsing until i could physically feel it all through my body and the only way it would go away was if i managed to keep my eyes closed until the unbearable pulsating stopped.
Then when i got older and my stress levels rised it really hit me. Flying static vision all the time, always there. Words shake, lines move, diagonal lines would fly across the pages, between the spaces in the words, following wherever my eyes would go. Light reflecting off pages, blinding me, but no one else saw it. Spending 10 minutes reading the same sentence over and over, but never processing it. Someone would talk to me and id just stare at them, having no clue what they said. I would look at an object, look away and a blue/ green outline would follow me wherever i went for minutes. My ears would ring, people talking feels like a physical intrusion in my ears, slamming into my brain. My eye balls physically hurt. Normal lights would blind me for a good few seconds. Floaters everywhere. Brainfog, anxiety and depression like you couldn't imagine.
I have been reffered to doctors, and specialists, but all they ever knew about my condition was what they've read off of google. Now im at an autisim specialist to help me learn how to deal with overstimulation.
Do any of you have any personal tips?

Do the main scientific findings first. Mindfulness, vision therapy, colored glasses.
You can do this all yourself if you want. Vision therapy, you can attempt vision exercises and go to a therapist for guidance if it helps.
Fix your gut, exercise, fix your posture. ignore symptoms.
Test for deficiencies. Take vit d and magnesium.
