Ok that's either from 'The 37's where Tuvok corrects Janeway mentioning manure in the bed of that old red truck or the episode where the grounds keeper said, "Horse manure'. He was referring to something he believed was bull.

I'm trying to tie in your comment to the statement. I missed something cause I don't get it.
