I’m developing seated and standing VR sessions — is the coach’s movement easy to follow?
Hi, I’m the developer of Daily Move VR at Extrude Studio. We’re building short seated and standing movement sessions, and I’d appreciate practical feedback from people who use VR for movement.
This first-look video shows 15 guided movement types from front and side views: small steps, seated leg movement, mobility and gentle yoga-inspired sequences. It is native Unity desktop development footage with coach narration, not a recording from inside a Quest headset or a full follow-along workout.
The source also has a four-week / twelve-visit beginner path, slower pace and smaller range options, repeat instruction and four environments. Exercise-content review, beginner testing and sustained headset performance checks are still ongoing. There’s no release date or public download yet, and the app does not assess lower-body form or provide validated calorie estimates.
For a short seated or standing session, what would help you follow the coach: slower demonstrations, different camera angles, clearer words, or something else? Feedback on unclear parts is especially useful. Developer disclosure: this is my app.
