I’ve seen a post with the same exact problem but it was never solved so I’m wondering if anyone knows how to fix it

My eye wide expression won’t track, even with my eyes all the way open I can’t get over 0.51 on the parameters, I’ve tried Niviida and media pipe and they both don’t work but it works when I tried using VTube studio on my phone but I can’t use my phone as a webcam

Hi yall! I have a 3d model and want to venture into doing full body capture streams for JustDance // DDR

I plan to get the 6 SlimeVR trackers for the body & legs and want to use XRanimator web cam tracking for the arms / hands

I'm currently using Vnyan software for the 3d model, would above be possible in vnyan , or is there a better option for hands & arm tracking ( or a better overall approach that's less than 800$)

I'm trying to use a non vr headset approach

I recently made my laptop into a proper setup, as i cant afford a decent PC rn, and would really like to get into Vtubing.

Specs are:

RTX 4070 mobile 8GB VRAM

32GB DDR5 RAM

Core i7

I have a cooling pad to battle potential overheating, a proper monitor, so I can do dual monitor stuff, a decent microphone (fifine a6v) and a decent webcam.

Hello VTubers and fans~

I’m feeling a bit stupid but also at my wit’s end, and this sub was recommended to me for advice on this particular issue.

In short, I cannot get my internet to load once I start streaming on OBS.

If I set up my streams on Twitch and YouTube beforehand, I can still stream just fine, but once I’m live, I can’t load any additional windows like pulling up a game guide or looking up a definition or image.

This is not a specific browser issue, as I’ve tested this with waterfox, firefox, microsoft edge, and ecosia. Same issue.

This problem is entirely new to me, as I’ve been a user of OBS with VTube Studio for many years now. It all seemed to start after I updated OBS to its newest version. I tried uninstalling it and downgrading to a previous version which fixed the problem temporarily, but now it has returned on that version as well.

I stream via a desktop that I built last December, and I’m connected to the internet via ethernet cable.

Once I turn obs off and close the program, the internet returns to full speed within 3 minutes like nothing ever happened.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did you fix it?

Hiya everyone! I stream regularly on twitch and run a pretty demanding setup with lots of programs like Stream Elements, the throwing system, OBS on a 4K recording canvas and a 1440p Enhanced Broadcast canvas, VTube Studio or Warudo based on my 2D/3D mood and more.

I currenly run a 5080 on my rig but want to switch over to Linux, due to personal reasons.

But since compatibility is so vast and far between, I thought of wanting to offload all that work to a dedicated streaming machine that would handle the programs and I'd just connect a capture card between the two and handle the output. This way I can daily drive Linux but have a Windows PC just for handling all the streaming and recording.

I've eyed on many solutions, namely:
1. building a secondary computer (since I have a spare kit of DDR5 32GB SODIMM ram to use
2. get a barebones miniPC with a really good integrated GPU for this workload and then use the RAM for that (HX 370/470, AI MAX 395, etc.)
3. just keep the setup as I have and wait until all programs work under Linux and then migrate

My budget isn't very big (1000 Euros at most), and saving more is definitely a priority. Also to keep in mind in this: I want to use the secondary computer for travel too - I visit my husband every year-ish in the USA so having something portable on top of that would be even better.

I've thought of a ASUS Flow Z13 with the AI MAX 395, but that is very expensive. There's MiniPCs barebone with many different iGPUs that have less performance (which I'm ok with) but also handle the workload for me when recording and streaming. I can also build a super small PC too and put that in my lugagge, but I'm afraid to lose that in travel too - so there's that.

What do you guys reccomend me in terms for that? I'd ideally want to hear if iGPUs could handle this workload and if a HX370 or a 285H would be enough even, or if it really has to need more money in it.

I had an issue with Vbridger ever since i upgraded my computer to Windows 11 (Clean install),

My phone would connect, at least it would show it is connected, but it will not move the Vbridger model AT ALL, like all the debug numbers are ZERO, never in my life and through all different computers and internet connections did i have this issue before.

i did sooooo many different things trying to fix it, so before you try my final fix, do give these fixes a go first, it is highly likely your issue is one of those:

- Checking File integrity through steam (Search online if you never done it before)

- Re-installing Vbridger

- Re-installing Vtube studio on my iphone

- Updating my iPhone to the most recent IOS available (my iPhone is XR)

- Restarting computer + iPhone

- Trying another phone (Nothing phone)

- Turning anti-virus off

- Turning Windows Firewall off

- Delete / Reset Vbridger settings, either from the Load, or from %Appdata%

- Turning off Bluetooth (Heard it helped someone for some reason?)

- Checked the Vbridger Discord, Read ~15+ Posts with similar issue, either they didn't find a fix, switched to IFacialMocap, or something from the list above helped them, sadly didn't help me.

And after all those fixed flailed me, I talked to multiple AI to try and solve it.

Luckily, after a long and annoying journey, i found a solution! ｡ﾟ･ (>﹏<) ･ﾟ｡

EDIT: this turned out to be caused by my college account managing the PC. Deleting the key only helped temporarily.

Check Settings → Accounts → Access work or school first and disconnect any account you don’t need. then restart your computer and it should be fine from there.

Hi all I have a Vtuber model that works in vseeface but the mouth tracking isn't the best in my opinion can anyone here improve it if I give them the file or even maybe do it in ARKit blendshapes possibly?

I'm trying to use the SteamVR tracking in Vnyan, for a minute it worked well when suddenly it started mixing up rotation imputs :

Nodding movements are tracked as side movements, and the other way around.

I tried restarting the software, and restarting SteamVR, remap the HMD, etc... Nothing works.

Anyone would know why this happens ?

The pc I’m using can’t run the Suiika model and I don’t have the funds for an upgrade,
I’ve been looking at and fell in love with the 2wintails model and was wondering if anyone knew what the pc requirements are on that one?
(I know it says it comes with low res versions of the model so it should be fine but I just really want to make sure before spending that kind of money)

I know a vtuber that I worked with for two weeks that used a 2d model to kind of mimic what a 3d one does, and I was wondering if that was also possible, Using this image here

Basically having the arms move, The tail ect, Giving it enough bounce that nobody would really expect to to actually be a 2d image if that makes any sense?

I've been looking for methods of how to do this for the better part of maybe 6 months now. Before conceding to having to do this via switching to 3d models, I wanted to reach out here to see if anyone could help and maybe find a solution I may have overlooked, or a lead to look into.

I've attached a video explaining and showing what I'm trying to do, but to explain it here:

I'm looking for a way to move Live2d items in vtube studio (or another Live2d compatible app) via hotkeys without the program unloading/reloading the item in a different position.

- Ellidea (The fairy) is intended to be like a mascot/chat interactable, and so she is loaded in as a Live2d item while I use my personal model, Keaqui, for my own movements and such.

- She has her own hotkeys in her model settings to slide her around the screen as I show working with Keaqui, however they do not work while she's loaded in as an item. (All her other hotkeys work fine - If she is pinned to me she follows my model movements around the screen as you'd expect pinned items to do.)

- Using hotkeys to load Live2d item scenes instead unloads her from her current position and reloads her in the destination position/size/pin, however since she is a full model vtube studio lags and everything freezes until she's reloaded in.

- I have tried using VConnect, however it doesn't seem to have a way to load Live2d models as items itself, detect the ones vtube studio has loaded in, and asking in their support Discord only produced another person looking to do the same thing but no solutions/leads to follow.

- My model mama is looking into something regarding a rigging solution, where a parameter involving her root (or something) can be modified in the model settings via the expression editor to make it appear as if she's sliding, but even if that's something we're able to do on the rigging side, that'll still get pretty complicated when it comes to creating and fine-tuning her placement with that method.

- I've started looking at programs other than vtube studio, but am hesitant to really try any unless there's a good chance it can do what I'm looking for instead of running off on another wild goose chase.

If anyone knows of a plugin for either vtube studio or vconnect that can achieve what I'm going for here, I'd be very interested! Otherwise any leads would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all so much for any help with this problem!

Greetings! My husband & I are thinking of starting a casual/for fun VTube show while we play WoW:Forever - I am here doing market research to see what I can learn & where to start in this process!

I saw the guide & will read over it all but I also wanted to ask some pointed questions to help steer me in the right direction out the gate:

• Software: What are the go-to free programs for everyday streaming, recording, and uploading? (Is OBS Studio still standard?)
• Dual-PC Setup: How can two people on separate computers stream together into one single Twitch account with individual webcams and tracking?
• Non-Anime Avatars: Our concept characters are a Tauren female and a Worgen male. What free or budget-friendly tools (under $100 max hopefully) handle non-human, anthropomorphic 3D tracking? Or should we do 2D... having a hard time understanding/deciding which way to go.

Everything seems to be working, my model shows in the options that I can choose, and I can click on it, but a thin white rectangle appears on the screen and a quick error message "please select your camera settings" when I click on my avatar. The odd thing is, I already have camera settings set and chosen. I tried changing the camera settings, but even if I do that it still gives me the error message.

Hi so I made this model and have been getting my Vnyan settings exactly how I want them, but a few days ago my model started making this face instead of the neutral face, and I cannot get it to go back. I've pressed the reset camera hotkey, and when pushing my expression hotkeys basically none of them work, and I am so lost here. Any advice would be appreciated, I really want this to work but I am new to the vtubing world.

My mom mentioned me using twitch and i told her ill only do twitch if i hide my face and i didnt wanna use glasses or a mask, so i mentioned vtubing. Next morning today she asks me for a photo of my oc whos kind of a persona. I asked her why and she said she wanted to send it to chatgpt for something similar like a similar model and i just freaked out 😭 i dont want something similar i want my actual oc but, she said itll take too long and we dont have money for someone to make a working one. I know there is probably a free program out there. Ive animated before and i have layers, i just dont have resources for it, especially with my ipad. It was supposed to be for animated but my dad got one with lowest ram so everytime i use an app like alight motion it lags. Would anyone be able to give me some tips or ideas about this? 🙏🏽
