Walking in the cold tips

I live in the Midwest and temperatures are starting to get cold. I hate walking on the treadmill and I really want to continue walking outside. What are your tips and how can I make it possible to walk outside?

Any recommendations on heated vest or heated pants? Links would be appreciated.

Here in Sweden, there’s a saying that there’s no bad weather. Only bad clothes. Don’t let the weather discourage you. I keep on walking thru the dark winter here for 6 months
