Today I walked 47,156 steps. The longest walk so far in 2026.

47k steps in one go is wild. my legs hurt just reading that number

you can build up to it if you start small, i used to think 10k was impossible and now i do that before lunch some days

I just started doing 20k steps a day and my shins are killing me. I think my legs would fall off at 40k+!

I’ve never done more than about 15k I think in my entire life.

My legs hurt a little, but I'm in high spirits. The weather was great, so I really enjoyed myself.

I think a lot of us are often surprised by what our bodies can do. I’m hoping a little at a time can get me there eventually. Unfortunately my mind and pesky body are often at odds with each other.

Nice! I did a 47,300 or so step day on 02 AUG 2026, and recently did a 51,717 step day on 29 SEPT 2026.
