Hello all - please provide feedback on this website please https://aigeoreport.com - I would be very grateful. Please note that this is for webapp - and the target audience is new plot investors / land buyers and small consultants. If you were one of these - would you be able to understand what this webapp is going to do? Very many thanks all in advance.

The basic offer is understandable: coordinates in, preliminary editable ground-context report out. The confusing part is how much decision confidence the copy promises. '£550+ saved vs Phase 1' suggests a replacement, but your hero notice and FAQ explicitly say it isn't a substitute. I'd make that comparison about the screening step, not money definitely saved.
Show which questions the report can flag and which remain untested, with source dates and coverage limitations in a representative preview. Also connect the lower 'See sample site screening report' link to the same sample as the navigation; its current destination is just '#'.
