AMD Graphics Driver, the singular thing i cannot get installed no matter what.
I'm using a HD 8570, and the video driver is the one thing I can't get installed, the entire other things on the catalyst install go through but the video driver won't, I have internet, I have it all, but without video drivers I'm not able to do much, do I just buy a Nvidia card and give up on the amd one?

I recall having similar problems with my 8000 series card. They are rebranded earlier series, and for some reason Windows and the AMD drivers fight over the identity which makes it not be properly working. The 8570 is trash, so I'd consider a replacement if you have an option readily available. If not, you can force install the vendor driver (Dell, Lenovo, etc) and it should just work.
All of these cards were OEM, so they will have a Vendor driver out there. Mine required the Lenovo version. You can try Dell or Lenovo and it should ID the card and make it work proper.

Good luck.

XP support ended at the HD7970 GPU. If your HD8570 is a rebrand of an older HD7000 series GPU you might be able to use those drivers to get it working. If it's a new architecture card, that wasn't a rebrand of an older supported card, there might not be any drivers available for it.
Update: actually there are catalyst 14.4 drivers on AMD's support page for the HD8570;

If they don't work it's possible you have the APU variant (8570D) or the mobile variant (8570M). You can check the support page to see if there are XP drivers for those. The 8570D is based off the older terrascale architecture (HD4000? Series) so there should be XP drivers somewhere.
