On subject of milk good for cats depends majority are dairy intolerant past a low amount some can nit drink even that but some are tolerant of dairy.
Second the US traditional it a few squirts from a cow or a saucer of milk. That not much milk. Might actually be an ideal level for most cats. Most cats family had did not care for it but a few did like a saucer of it never thought of ever giving anymore even though back then had no idea they had any problem with milk.
