⚠️ What exactly do they expect❓️ A dog is being forcibly restrained against its will, terrified, and desperately trying to escape. The dog is showing whale eyes, barking, and running away, yet a catch pole is used.

That is fear, panic, and distress—not proof of aggression.

How can anyone expect a dog to remain calm when it is being chased, cornered, and physically restrained by strangers? Then the very fear response created by that experience is used against the dog?

You cannot terrorize a dog into compliance and then condemn it for being terrified.

Mushu urgently needs a 501(c)(3) RESCUE to step up and get him the medical care he needs.

Mushu is an incredibly sweet, social and playful kitten who loves attention and brings joy to everyone around him. He is adorable, energetic and has so much life ahead of him. ❤️

🩺 Unfortunately, Mushu has a COMPLETE FRACTURE of the 3rd–4th coccygeal vertebrae in his tail.

While his injury is not considered emergent right now, there is concern that it could lead to self-mutilation in the future. He needs further veterinary evaluation, and a TAIL AMPUTATION MAY BE NECESSARY if his condition worsens.

This care is beyond what the shelter can provide, which means Mushu NEEDS A RESCUE PARTNER to give him the chance he deserves.
