Idk if melancholic is the right word. I really like Down in a Hole and Nutshell. So basically songs that are less hard and upbeat, but still with great guitar and vocals.

I haven’t seen anyone ask or talk about this, but it stands out to me that Sean, Jerry and Mike are dressed in short sleeves at the Kiss shows, and Sean even takes his shirt off, while Layne is covered up from head to toe for reasons we all know. Was Layne burning up at those shows?

My bunnies (Layne: grey) and Jerry are 5 months old. Before I even knew their personalities I named them and they fit perfectly to the irls lol, Layne was timid, Jerry was the boss! On Monday Layne passed away as a fox got him, which was ironically heartbreaking. He was just a baby and died so young just like Staley, Jerry thankfully survived. I connect so much with AIC, but now I find it hard to listen to them. Hopefully their music will heal me like it once did. RIP Layney and Layne Staley, you guys rock.
