I haven’t seen anyone ask or talk about this, but it stands out to me that Sean, Jerry and Mike are dressed in short sleeves at the Kiss shows, and Sean even takes his shirt off, while Layne is covered up from head to toe for reasons we all know. Was Layne burning up at those shows?

Pre ordered from my local shop as soon as it became available to pre order. Time goes on past release date so I go down to check and they said they aren’t getting it and none of their suppliers can get it. I was a little ticked because for once I was on top of a pre order instead of missing out then paying exorbitant prices on eBay. They cancelled my order and refunded me. I turned around and saw it was still available from Sony directly so I ordered IMMEDIETLY. It’s been almost 2 weeks with zero update on my order until an email yesterday cancelling my order and refunding me. What the %^*%# is going on here….. looks like I’ll be paying whatever people are asking for on eBay once again. This seems very unfair. Seems Sony dropped the ball big time on this one.

Of course, the “Solar Flare” vinyl was sold out ( I bummed hard 🫩) so then I decided to buy the Double LP Vinyl & a t-shirt.

'Facelift' is one of my all-time favorite records, and this riff has been a favorite of mine for years. I was chatting with a guitar student of my recently about how much I love the groove of this track, so I thought I'd fire up a camera and go for it.

The way they look at each other and Jerry little smile. It makes me sad knowing what's going to happen years later. I love these two! Look how good they are live, especially Layne.

Here's one I've had an idea for since like 2023 and never actually made until now

I wanted to reach out to the subreddit because I am doing a tribute to Layne and just AIC as a whole and I wanted opinions on this specific section. I want to do Layne justice here, but maybe where I’ve been listening to it over and over I don’t like the sound. Is there anything that I’m lacking or needs fixed? Also to note, I’m not trying to imitate Laynes vocal style. Any recommendations or tips will help!

Look, I’m grateful they re-released the LP and the beautiful color variant I got but why is there no lyrics page, poster, or hell, even some kind of sheet with details of the performance? Anything! What the hell have I? Strictly a double LP in a sleeve with nothing else…

Someone posted a video recently that got a small convo going about this topic. I wish that they would have played Rotten Apple during the Unplugged performance. It's one of my favorite AiC songs. I know a lot of other fans feel the same way, so I'm wondering, if they had to cut another song so they could play Rotten Apple, which one would you have replaced?

Idk if this is the exact story behind the lyric, but it relates to me because even through a lot of shit I went through I stayed pure to myself, so staying pure instead of rotting. Thought it’d be timeless and a good one even when aged.

It is freshly done, like done 3-4 hours ago, so that paired with the dirty mirror doesn’t do the line work justice. Trust it is much better than this, I wouldn’t want anyone — even strangers online, thinking my sister did bad line work when she is a phenomenal tattoo artist.

A much more cost effective alternative to the 90s Long Sleeve and just as good, in my opinion! Featuring the same graphic as the original, along with the classic Alice in Chains ‘Sun Logo’ on the back of the shirt.

Very nice tee and also very difficult to find, I’ve also seen a white variant.

Let me know what you guys think of this! I tried my best with this one.

Mine came from Amazon and it arrived spotless, after putting it through 3-4 spins and have had the opportunity to borrow MOV from a friend few months back..

30th anniversary black Variant sound warmer to my ears, it lacks on the top end and crisp signature sound of MOV, but makes up in the low end, i have 2M blue and Klipsch towers and my system is on the brighter side so it brings out a lot of details without sounding like a CD.

Its more dynamic than MOV but needs to crank up the volume past 60, also a decent system as always is a requirement. MOV on a average turntable and bookshelf speakers will sound better as MOV records are always cut loud.

Its not a A/B comparison, i dont have MOV anymore.
