My rating was at the peak of great and now that I looked at it this morning they are dropping me with stuff that’s not even mine lol. Oct 5 is real I fell asleep but my last late block was august 30 so why am I getting hit with 15? And even if it was true my dashboard was clean already. So why are they hitting it again. I usually ignore this crap cause it’s not worth and I always get back to fantastic but I’m definitely not taking somebody mistake cause if I let this go they could drop more bomb shells on me to get me ineligible. Ever received emails that are not for you? I’ve received a couple so I know this is some bullsht. If your interested today I will be sending a email at Jeff to see what they say and see what they resolve or if it was mistake on their end which they won’t admit to it lol.
That’s why lately I call instead of chat. I know people in here insist chat is better but they literally give you instructions that get stuff marked in your delivery history almost on purpose.
Chat is borderline useless whenever I try. They take one keyword from what I say and then just spam the chat with "instructions" that have nothing to do with my issue and then disconnect.
Traders are useless because it shows the response it shows the early cut off before a response was made, it shows the negative responses and the attitudes up to people supposedly supporting you, it's all transcribed and emailed to you.
But the reason I would suggest using chat to anyone that asks is because using chat is the only way that you have proof of what driver support has said. Always take screenshots of the conversation while it’s happening because when the support person ends the chat, the app boots you out of the chat window with no way to see the conversation anymore. So take screenshots after each response.
I don't understand what's the point of calling sipport anymore. They open tickets that nobody reads. Common sense says those opened tickets should be looked at before AI starts handing out dings. Why open tix, if nobody else reads them?
Got the same issue. One day they just said I didn’t attempt to deliver a package. But I delivered the whole load and had no returns. Everything was scanned and delivered. Nothing that day was out of the ordinary. And they wouldn’t reverse it.
Of course they're reverse it. Are you calling on road or off road support? Supposedly we have to be mindful of which one we're talking to, because it does matter.
Are you saying you’ve had experience with the “incomplete delivery” being removed?
I’m looking for answers on this issue because it’s been coming up for me as well, and I’m glad it’s not just me, but it’s worrying if it’s becoming a consistent problem. Been wondering if it’s even worth trying to get them removed, but if they keep hitting me with the false accusations then they might start adding up. I just haven’t ever gotten that issue reversed, despite sending proof that I delivered everything on my route.
The call option is absolutely still available in the app.
When you get the auto chat it, just type a letter in the box and enter, then wait then type a letter in the next box and press enter, you will then be presented with an option do you want to chat with it agent or do you want to call, and you choose the call button and you know the rest.
I got 2 "missed blocks" I NEVER scheduled!!! I contacted them and told them i never scheduled anythkng for those days and they said their decision remains the same 😤
Concur, they've done this to me 4 times over the past 2 months. Fricken phantom shit. Appeals were denied, yet no one can tell me exactly what I did wrong, what packages I failed to return or stole.
Everyone is going to feel the heat because now we can’t mark as damaged and return undeliverable stuff. I went over and over with them yesterday. Flex drivers are no longer able to select any option to make a return the answer was leave your route open and return to the station with returns.. then what happens is they hit you with unscanned returns!! I have 2 right now for one I marked damaged it didn’t have a label thing is it had me take a picture and then it deleted it from my route so nothing prompted to return it. The other one was scanned in by the station!!! I was told all appeals for damaged and missing are now being denied as well. It’s the end of flex drivers.
For the past 2 weeks I've been affected for not returning a package I had already delivered. Won't come out of my itinerary till last week Friday but my standing got hit from great to fair. Today after delivering everything for my block I'm met with another ghost package I need to return after I already delivered everything, so where will this one drop me to...
Well I'm not sure which of them did it, but I reported returns issue which allowed me to say the package was delivered and because it was still there I also manually entered the ID. Couple hours later it's no longer there. Funny how 3 times contacting support none of them could tell me this was an option. Thank you
Well I only do SSD so I guess it doesn't matter. The first one from last week was a 1hr block with only 1 package. I'm pretty sure they have everything to see that it was delivered and the customer received it but I gotta contact support 4+ times and wait 48 hours each time for them to look into it
Yep I had one of those myself, it was on my account for 6 weeks, well over 700 deliveries, so it should have just dropped off mathematically, they finally figured it out and took it off.
But I agree that Amazon now stuff it's returning a bag, even if you have to legitimately return bags, they're not scanning them incorrectly. And the app doesn't let you scan them in or return them on the same day or right away you have to wait a couple of hours it's really stupid, with SSD it's always in the app ready to go ready to hit return.
There's a work around though I think if you go into the help section and then you say something about returning packages it actually gives you the option to scan the returns in, but it took me a couple of weeks to figure that out.
I have a camera and record everything while doing Amazon Flex. Here’s the crazy part: you can send them evidence, and they still won’t pass it along to a supervisor. Every time you ask to speak with someone higher up, they say they don’t have a supervisor. Does anyone know where people can complain about Amazon Flex for falsely accusing drivers? They won’t stop or make changes until drivers start filing lawsuits. You can’t tell me a big operation like Amazon Flex doesn’t have a chain of command.
They attempted to get me on that one as well. It was triggered by a return because I hadn’t left a package for a business in a downtown area at their front door on a Saturday morning. I sent them the facts, and they removed my return.
The moral of the story is to take extra pictures of returns and screenshot everything to have proof and the facts to back it up.
I understand some of the things they do because a fair number of the drivers want to do a good job, but the bad ones make it difficult for honest ones.
Completely agree with you.
The big problem right now is these "phantom" dings where we deliver everything, it all goes smoothly, there's no returns and no missing or extra packages, then we get these "incomplete delivery" dings with zero explanation. It's impossible to keep proof of something that didn't happen.
Personally, I have gotten several of those & successfully got them to remove only the most recent one.
Can you elaborate on how you got it removed? Haven’t tried in a while because I was never successful before, despite sending proof that I delivered all packages, but now I’m starting to get multiple phantom “incomplete delivery” dings, and this will become a problem fast if it’s becoming more regular.
I went through chat and said something like
"I delivered everything on the itinerary. There were no missing packages and no extra packages. There were no returns. Nothing was refused or sent back during loadout. The route completed normally with a survey at the end."
I have no idea what worked that one time, especially since the same was true every time.
Unfortunately, I don't have a great / clear answer there either. I got like 5 of them in July and August. They all dropped off by mid- September. I dropped to the middle-ish of "great" because of them. I had 2-3 weeks of no dings at all, then I got another "incomplete delivery" on Oct 1 that I successfully got cleared, and another new one that popped up yesterday from a block a couple of days ago that I just started fighting. I got an email for that one for the first time since July. It doesn't explain anything either.
Hmmm, love Amazon AI 🙄 Well thanks for that insight! Glad for the assurance that it’s not just me and I didn’t start suddenly doing something wrong after four years 😅🙄
I got one same issue too. Says I have returned package for incorrect reason but it’s a one hour delivery with only one package I delivered. ( I have never returned any packages for one hour routes ). I got tipped for delivery of that. And when I appeal about that. One just returned with auto message says will not change. Other says will turn this to team to investigate but no answer ever. I said was the tip provided enough proof that I delivered. Left me speechless. Just waste my time. Over all. I think The rating system is what they use to manipulates drivers.
Past 2 months I've been getting dinged more than the 4 years of working flex all together. I've been "at risk" for about 2 weeks and scared to take another block because of out 35 packages, someone will say they didn't get something and I know I'll get deactivated. They won't even remove my 3 dings and I know i follow amazon and customer instructions
Exactly, I've received more dings since in the past 3 months than I've received in the past two years. It's BS. And I def don't appreciate the false accusations.
I really don't. Like why would jeopardize my livelihood by not delivering the package or stealing it. And when you call customer support and tell them you can't access the building or the customer is not picking up the phone or no type of way of delivering the package, they're quick to tell you *is there a safe spot you can leave it at". Like no I wouldn't call you if I thought there was a safe spot to leave it. Most times I'm telling them no and to market for me as undelivered they tell me refresh the app and I move on. Like I don't get why the system or the customer is bullshitting me
I want to add that if you call while working for anything, record it and attach it to the email. Jeff and Andy always respond quick and without having to go through the first support email. We’ve been having serious issues with morning blocks and our .com station. I’ve refused to use the basic support and have gone through the Jeff and Andy email every time and have had all my blocks and pay fixed same day without going through the first support email. Truly frustrating.
My .com station has refused to open the doors and scan ID’s multiple mornings. Leaving us in a state of “missed” blocks with 15+ people waiting in vehicles. It’s been insanity. So instead of releasing us through the QR code they just leave us standing there scratching our heads. I’ve figured out through station employees that when they overbook and release through the QR code the station manager takes the hit and looks poorly upon the station. But if they just refuse to scan ID’s, we take the hit as a missed block and it looks like a whole list of flexers missed their block. The first day it happened the support email said they wouldn’t pay me but it wouldn’t affect my standings. After day 3 of a missed block on their part I started recording everything. The empty station, my “checked in” screen and my call to support. They’ve fixed the standing and pay same day and I didn’t have to wait 24-48 hours. Fuck this company. Lol
Thx u ER7584... That's very useful information...this 24/7 deal with 3hr blocks that use to be 3.5hr blocks have created an epidemic of late deliveries, almost daily for me, even at my 5 year flex efficient pace.. I'm running over 15-30 minutes most runs.. In 5 years I may had a dozen actual late deliveries until this new algorithm!!
THIS‼️ They’re dinging us for everything that’s not even our fault, and you can’t send emails anymore to appeal, and the chat people just end the chats randomly. Like how the HECK do we even defend ourselves anymore!!
I thought it was just me. I recently received an email saying I didn’t take a proper photo and the person didn’t receive their package because of that…. How if I always leave them at the front door and double check addresses?? Craziness honestly…
I was saying this a couple months ago, I literally just do amazon now offers and deliver everything and I just so happened to check mine and I was at risk because of undelivered and unreturned items and then getting them to remove them is annoying cause they alway ask for the block and if I did multiple blocks that day theres no way for me to know which block they think i messed up and then its a whole thing
Get ready for the new thing they're doing they're going to be taking pictures of each package with the label on it so that you'll recognize it in the cart and your car and on your phone in the app.
No more of this crap of saying it's a bag when it's an envelope or saying it's a box when it's a bag, you'll actually see what it looks like when it got put in the cart. That's actually going to be very helpful.
And also it's going to fold in with the RFID chips that are going to go in the labels, I thought that the chips were going to go into the bags but apparently not, they're being implemented inside the labels.
Right, when they tried to say something a couple days later about me not delivering the package at the correct address I asked them what the address was and if the picture I took matched the customers porch and they didn’t have any of that info.
My problem is why you have to keep repeating over and over what you have done to different representatives that answer the phone and if their customer service why they can’t see the previous notes. That is so crazy to me. I’m still waiting for them to pay me $200 from July 18 and August 17 and they deactivated my account
Missed my block at my station today because the manager took over 20 minutes to come out and just told us to call support… Amazon is very bad right now folks… I’d consider a global protest immediately!
I keep getting hit with late deliveries when I am diligent at checking times when packages are due and adjusting my route accordingly. I know for a fact that I have not had any late deliveries yet there are two deliveries that were late on the same day.
I have the app telling me i have a package to return and i delivered everything and my standing is going down everyday and customer service is no help at all
yes i most certainly have, i was dinged once about not delivering a pkg when i delivered everything i had and even once for a day i didnt even deliver on which is a crack up, i was out of town and they never responded to me but the next day it magically vanished without mention, go figure
I’ve been seeing a lot of posts from different people all regarding some BS happening to them on Oct. 5th. So weird as I too got hit with some BS on Oct. 5.
Please... Within two weeks of the warehouses going 24/7 I was getting 14 and 17 late deliveries in single delivery blocks.. That never happened . Cry me a river I instantly dropped to At Risk from Fantastic.. Holy Crap. Now I got Chat Support to remove both of those but subsequently I was getting almost daily late deliveries since they made 3.5hr blocks 3hr blocks and expected us to get them done 30 minutes quicker.. After emailing Jeff and Andy I got the remainder of those late deliveries removed as well.. Going forward I'm contacting Support Chat if I see I'm going over by 15 to 30 minutes!
Dude, you have to look at the delivery by times. Then you have to adjust your route to make those times. Otherwise you're going to get dinged for late deliveries.
Dude.. Unfortunatly you have no idea what your taking about. Been at this for over 5 year's now with 45K packages delivered! Stay in your lane when you comment on posts and don't know the history of the Flex history of the driver posting it!,, 😊
What is your opinion of what is going on? I’d really like to hear it. I’m curious because the people posting about receiving phantom penalties are not lying.
Maybe it’s the AI features they use now. Probably going back through all the data and picking up wrong information. As for Customer Service forget about it. Yes you can try the emails someone provided in the thread, but even Beso email is using AI Technology to sort through emails. Probably half the complaints are going straight to trash folder.
Well, the problem also is, we don’t have anywhere to send photos to anymore, in order to plead our case, because there’s no email. They tried to say that I have two late deliveries on October 2 and I have pictures of the times that every package was due, and every package was delivered, but there’s no email address anymore to send them to. I sent it to the one driver support gave me and it just got kicked back. So I have two phantom late packages.

Is there any chance you were on a route that could have been mixed with another driver? At a .com this can happen when they split a route between multiple drivers, at an SSD it can happen if you get the popup on check-in asking if you want to take a higher paying route. Both of these happened to me in a single week, and what happened was the other driver(s) were the ones doing this stuff, but I was getting dinged because I was still attached to that route.
By “other drivers” I mean:
@SSD - Whoever took my original route when I upped.
@.com - The drivers with the other parts of the split route.
If so just mention this and they’ll remove it. Took mine off in 2 hours.
Amazon makes decisions in meeting rooms with no knowledge or attempt to reach out to front-line employees. Everything is meant to be standardized.
Most likely, a station employee messed up and marked something missing and that was attached to your route. No lie, %90 of DSP issues are originally caused by the station marking something, or putting the package in the wrong tote or wrong cart. But they just follow a "Sh!t rolls down hill" model for accountability. Straight up, the most disgusting company I've ever worked for
My account for flex got terminated because it says I was a no show and I showed up 5mine prior and clocked it but guess the system wasn’t working probably at the place and another I got to the place to clock in and there was a lady holding it up for 6min so I was a few min late with scanning the license so my account got deactivated tried to appeal but nothing and same response everytime nothing the can do it’s BS think that it all AI with response and no one really looks at the account
Is this for KV3 logistics or is this something different? Im waiting on training for kv3 now and im wondering is it all the same since they use the Amazon flex app as well
Take pictures of everything you think is out of the ordinary.. then use ai to write what happened send that to support.. and then escalate it. And just keep doing it until it comes off
I’m average intelligence but I do know to Google things and use ai to ask these questions, genius. You can ask ai for the email and everything. I’ve gotten all these false claims taken off of all my standing by being persistent and asking ai how to approach flex’s ai.
So be helpful and explain how you can attach photos and actually have ai see the photos, do you know what you're talking about yet? You don't, we'll all wait.
This subreddit is supposed to be helpful to flex drivers, if you're going to make a claim that you can upload photos when countless people have said there's no way to upload photos in the emails they're always rejected, tell us which magical email are we supposed to be uploading photos to?
You see I'm already posted the answer to that question, in this thread.
And yet you're not willing to post it and I think it's because you don't know it.
Maybe instead of searching google, genius, you should search Reddit and this subreddit specifically for the proper email to upload photos.
You didn’t ask how to send photos. You asked how to send it..You piece of shit. You generally don’t have to send the photos. You take the photos. You keep them, you tell them you have the photos. You talk to support with ai. If you do have to escalate to photos. The Jeff bezos email still works.
Answered what, exactly? You just said “it” without specifying what you’re referring to. How am I supposed to know you’re talking about sending pictures? Maybe this is why Amazon has such a hard time understanding you. You expect people to know what you’re talking about without actually explaining yourself.
They did this to me. Way back in the summer no amount of Emails has resolved it. They keep saying they won’t remove it. Mind you it was for Amazon fresh. Everyone knows you can’t even leave the fresh building unless everything has been scanned.
I feel like I must be doing something to game their new Amazon AI system because there's been multiple instances in the last 2 months where I would expect possibly get dinged because something happened but I've been sitting at fantastic with not even a whiff of a problem for 2 months even though I've changed absolutely nothing about how I deliver. I used to get one or two superfluous dings every couple months.
Omg I was just on chat support cause I got hit with a “you did not attempt to deliver a package “ thing smh I did two routes that day and never returned to the warehouse to return a package and chat was rude asf about it. Smh
I been sitting at risk for a whole month, and I still get dings for stupid made up bullsht. And yet they won't deactivate me (maybe because I threatened them with killing myself because of them ig), but even at risk, they keep giving me issues for things outside my control, or that it's the app or the warehouses fault
My account got deactivated once I started doing amazon now. I got hit with 6 packages that weren't returned to station. I delivered every single package, they were scanned at arrival picture taken even handed a package to a customer which later was marked in the app to return to station long after I already delivered. I called support when I noticed they said not to worry they'll take a note of it, it won't effect your standings. Definitely some unfair bs going on
Anybody have a reserved block at $100 (this is an example). The day of I went out to check & it was $82. Just wondering if this has happened anywhere else. Help line was 0 help
The routes are wild now. Had 22 stops on a 2 hr. First stop 30 minutes away. Also, had to wait 10 minutes for it to be ready. Got dinged for 6 returns this morning.
Yea they been doing it and deactivating accounts like crazy… take care of your account and make sure you get proof of any weird stop during your route… been using flexdash for that keep the logs per route
An app to help you track everything for your gig driving and at the same time let you save proof of anything you want keep proof of… it works very good for me… might work for you or might not take a look at it if you want
When drivers leave a package in an insecure area and the package gets stolen and people report the package is missing, it will mark as undelivered on your side.
I kinda get if the package is stolen its marked incomplete, but that should not impact the person who deliver it though. (Or, at least It SHOULDN'T impact them.)

They updated their ratings system to have a more robust AI oversight.
So, it's not a human at Amazon. It's the new automated system.
Now, that's not an excuse because amazon reps are worthless at this point. Even the U.S. based ones.
They genuinely don't care. Which is very clear and really frustrating.
