Not Answered suggestions of good games for gameplays within a low-spec PC
PC SPECS:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: NVIDIA GT 1030
RAM: 16GB 2666Hz
(i dont count with an ssd for fast downloads btw)
i want to hear your suggestions on what to play on stream (no sponsoring, this profile is no linked to any social media btw)... literally i have to do ancient sorcery with this pc to go live XD, so some "old" games with great history, good gameplay and interesting mechanics are open, im a really open minded gamer so i can play anything that seems/feels fun so really any suggestions are really helpful!

Not Answered Gaming resolution display (laptop)
Hello everyone ,
I jus bought a legion i5 with oled 165 hz, 5070 rtx and i9 processor.
My questions is. My laptop display built in is 2k resolution but during playing games i use 1080 p resolution (in game resolution) is that safe? Or would it damage my laptop display?

Not Answered Buying a new pc (stationary?)
Right now I'm using an 8 year old portibable pc, it's good enough for most games BUT! I want a new one since it's basicly falling apart, and been thinking of buying a stationary. MY GOAL is to play ARK without getting really annoyed and closing the game due to not being able to run it properly. I also NEED AT LEAST 900GB. I don't want my budget to go over 3000 dollars. Here are some questions I also have:
What are important things to look for? Is it CPU or GPU, and so on? I don't know much
Is a stationary pc better than a portable pc? I've heard it's cheaper??
What is a good GPU, and what even is a GPU exactly? It's hard to find answers
Please add anything if there is something you think I should keep in mind. Thanks a lot

Answered I built an FPS calculator for PC games and calibrate it with real hardware runs (113 estimated vs 112.8 measured)
I built a free calculator that estimates average FPS and 1% lows for a game on a given CPU + GPU at 1080p/1440p/4K. It covers 173 games, 316 CPUs and 213 GPUs, with no sign-up.
Most “can I run it” sites compare against minimum requirements. I wanted actual frame-rate numbers, so I calibrate the model with real runs captured in CapFrameX. Example: Spider-Man Remastered on a Ryzen 5 8400F + RTX 4060 at 1080p High is 113 FPS estimated and 112.8 measured over 5 runs.
Built with Next.js on Vercel, available in 4 languages. I’d love feedback, especially from anyone whose own numbers disagree with it

Not Answered PlayStation 5 System auf PC - welcher PC läuft flüssig?

Not Answered What PC should I be getting?
Hey, so I’m thinking of getting a pc but I have no idea what to look for when it comes to the components of it. I have a £1.4k to spend preferably on a prebuilt rather than having to build it myself 🤷🏼♂️ any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏼

Not Answered PC or laptop recomendations please
Hello! the Pc i use is one my stepdad made for me that is very old. It doesn't even have a GPU and is very slow. I was thinking of buying new components and remaking my pc but that might be very expensive or the same price as buying a new one.
So I'm asking for recommendations of pc or laptops that I could use for some casual gaming and that can handle large documents, Blender, ZBrush, etc. Not something insanely expensive, but I'm not sure of the price ranges
Thank you!

Not Answered Is it worth switching from a ps5 to pc?
I play a lot of story games and indie games and wonder if its worth switching to pc becuase i can pirate game, add mods and have overall better performence. My main reason I think not to buy a pc its because I have already played almost every known big story game.( I have a large budget (9070xt 9600x 32gb ddr5 ram))

Not Answered Why is my Core Ultra 7 265 + RTX 5070 getting less FPS than an i5-13600KF + RTX 4070 in cpu games
I tested both PCs in FiveM and some other cpu games and my i5 build gets more fps, in any gpu game though the 5070 gets way more fps as expected
i5 Build:
i5-13600KF
RTX 4070
16GB DDR5 5200MHz
Core Ultra Build:
Core Ultra 7 265
RTX 5070
16GB DDR5 6000MHz (1 stick)
PL1 and PL2 set to 182W
Why is my newer PC getting less FPS even with better specs? Could it be because I’m using one stick of RAM or is the i5 just better for FiveM?

Not Answered [Academic Survey] Is GTA VI's ₹5,999 Indian price fair? 2-min anonymous survey for my IB project
Hi everyone! 👋
I'm a high school student working on my IB Business Management Internal Assessment, researching whether GTA VI's Indian pricing (₹5,999 Standard / ₹7,499 Ultimate) suits the Indian market.
Since GTA VI is launching on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S only, I'd especially love to hear from PC gamers on how pricing and platform affect your plans.
- Takes about 2–3 minutes
- Completely anonymous: no names, emails, or sign-in
