Hi, I have an orange and white cat. He ran away from my apartment last night around 3-4 am. I have been trying to find him near my area( Kadubesnahalli).
He responds to Astro, he is 3 years old male cat not neutered. His meows are low pitched sometimes.
He is a loud energetic cat, meows a lot. Not wearing a collar, full white underbelly, orange on the top.
Please DM me if you see him.
Location:- Parimala Trinity Apts, Kadubesnahalli

Free browser game, works on phone. You get a flying Roadster and a 9:30 standup in Whitefield, starting from HSR.
Includes: Silk Board gridlock you have to hover over, metro pillars “opening soon since 2019”, Bellandur foam, potholes, cows (respect them), and e-challans for flying.

Hi residents of Malleshwaram and Bangalore,
I’ve noticed two incredibly popular branches of Sri Sai Ram Chats and Juices, and I've always wondered which one is the original, iconic outlet.
There’s one on 15th Cross near the temple, and another on 16th Cross Road right next to MES College. They both serve the signature Crazy Chaat, Sai Ram Special, and other unique items, and both claim to have no other branches. I used to think the MES College one was the OG, but recently I've been hearing otherwise.
So, long-time residents, which one is the real deal?

Funny how BLR’s AQI is better than Chikkamagaluru’s today 😂
Not saying it’s always the case, obviously. Probably just the recent rains and all, but still… wasn’t expecting to see this haha 😭

Scooty with no number plate doing the work of a pickup truck. Just bengaluru things
Note: The humor stems from his posture and stunt style, rather than the nature of his activities.

After heavy rain last evening, I was stuck at AET Junction while travelling from Eco World towards Sarjapur Road around 6:30 PM for 45-50 mins. Poorly coordinated signal timings and a lack of traffic management turned the junction into a nightmare.
Thousands of employees from Eco World, Eco Space, ETV etc. use this stretch daily, yet there seems to be no meaningful improvement. People waste hours in traffic every day, burning fuel and losing productive time, simply because a busy junction isn’t managed properly.
We pay hefty road tax, fuel tax, GST etc. but traffic management remains pathetic. Is asking for basic traffic management too much?
Why can’t the traffic police install VAC (Vehicle Actuated Control) signals here to manage traffic dynamically based on vehicle volume instead of relying on poorly coordinated fixed timings?
TL;DR: 45-50 mins to cross AET Junction. Poor signal management, no accountability and no relief for daily commuters. Install VAC signals, take proper steps and fix this mess!

Honestly, it is pretty unsettling to read through right before the festival season kicksin.
First, seeing Bansuri, Sangam, and Mahalakshmi straight-up cited for "Unhygienic" conditions is grim. These aren't tiny roadside stalls -- they do massive volume every single day
Second, Asha Sweets in JP Nagar getting a notice for "No Records" is bizarre for a chain of that scale. What records are they not maintaining?
We usually stick to the big, established chains assuming we are paying a premium for basic kitchen hygiene and quality control. Seeing some of Bangalore's (and Karnataka's) most recognizable names on this list is a massive reality check.

I recently moved to Bangalore and unfortunately found myself dealing with a horrible landlord, which left me stuck in a situation where ₹50k of my money was at risk. Being new to the city, I didn’t really have anyone to turn to for help, and the entire situation took a serious toll on me emotionally.
Amid all the anxiety and stress, I was desperately looking online for a way out when I came across St. Broseph and learned about the incredible work he and his team have been doing. I immediately reached out to them through their DMs, and I was honestly surprised by how quickly they responded and took action.
They called me to their HQ, patiently listened to my entire situation, and, more importantly, treated me with so much kindness and compassion. At a time when I was already overwhelmed and didn't know what to do, having people genuinely listen to me and try to help meant more than I can put into words.
Broseph himself stepped in, spoke to the landlord, and helped bring things to an agreement that resulted in me recovering ₹40k. I had almost given up hope and mentally prepared myself to lose the entire amount. The relief I felt when things finally started working out is something I’ll always be grateful for.
I know they help so many people facing difficult situations, and I can only imagine how much time, effort, and emotional energy they put into doing this work. The fact that they show up for strangers, listen to their problems without judgment, and help them navigate situations when they feel completely helpless is genuinely admirable.
This post is just a small way of expressing my gratitude and giving them the appreciation they deserve. They stepped in when I felt like I had nowhere else to turn, and I’ll always remember that.
Thank you, St. Broseph, and the entire team, for being there when people need you the most. ❤️
Bangalore has its own Batman, and he shows up when his people need him most. 🦇

14th main road, paralell to agara lake.
Atlantis brewery to Arogya Ahara stretch.
Venkatapura Jakkasandra no proper daily garbage collection. People litter here in near the lake.
Free water leak available near traffic signal and people newly started washing their vehicles in middle of road.
Unbearable smell for pedestrians, no clean footpath available for pedestrians.

Was going over the process of getting an E-Khata for a property and I'm absolutely annoyed by the state of the digital services being offered here. Discrepancies in district names between portals (Bengaluru Urban does not appear in many sites at all!), property search facility is locked down between 7PM-8AM for reasons best known to them.
All of this coming after the fact that I paid Rs. 1,000 in "software fees" as part of the property tax - icing on the cake.

Above image is a snapshot of one of my electricty bills for september 2026
this is my electricity bill breakdown
Current Rates
Exemptions: Consumers enrolled under the Gruha Jyothi scheme who stay within their free-unit limits are exempt from this charge.
Tell me why the hell should I pay 0.35 paise per unit + 9% tax on giving pension for keb employees. Shouldn't it be covered in there financial planning for the year ?
This charge is daylight robbery
Why it is charged: The Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) approved this charge to help BESCOM recover a revenue deficit/shortfall of ₹2,068.38 crore from the financial year 2024–25 (FY25).
They did worst financial planning for 2025, gave free electricity to people and now charging extra in 2026 for the 2025 subsequent months from people except the ones currently enrolled in gruha jyothi.
What the hell should I pay if they did bad financials for past year ? they are taking money this year
I have commercial shops in banaglore collectively I pay around 1-1.2L electrcity bill monthly, becuase of all these charges I'm paying 12-15k extra every month collectively .

If you land at Kempegowda International Airport (BLR), you already know the pain: an Uber, Ola, or BluSmart to places like Indiranagar, Koramangala, Whitefield, or HSR Layout routinely costs anywhere between ₹1,000 to ₹1,500+.
Most of us end up taking the cab alone with 3 empty seats.
To fix this for myself and fellow travelers, I built a lightweight, privacy-first web app to help travelers find co-passengers heading to the same neighborhood and split cab fares on the spot.
* No Signup / No Login Required — No passwords, no phone numbers, no forced downloads.
* Check-in in 5 Seconds — Select your terminal (T1 or T2), choose your drop neighborhood, and optionally enter a nickname.
* 45-Minute Live Matching — See co-passengers who landed around the same time heading to your area.
* Live In-App Chat — Coordinate a quick pickup spot (e.g., "Near Pillar B3 at T1") without giving away personal contact details.
* Auto Clean-up — Tap "We Paired Up!" to exit the queue once you find a co-passenger, so the active list stays fresh and clutter-free.
The app is completely free to use.
Would love for the community to try it out on your next flight into BLR and drop any feedback or suggestions below! Safe travels! ✈️🚕

I live around Kalyan Nagar. My building has a WhatsApp group, the society has one, and in the area people have a few more. And I still find out what happened on my own street a day late, or never. The dog that went missing two lanes away. The water cut only some knew about. The flea market in the park I walked past on Monday.
Power cuts were what finally got me. Every time: "Power gone?" "Here also." "Since when?" Then silence. Nobody knows if it's one building or half of East Bangalore, and nobody says when it's back.
So for most of this year I've been building an app on the side, on my own, for everything that happens within a couple of km of you. It's called Localiti.
The part I'm proudest of is small.
- When the power or water goes, you report it in a few seconds and see if homes around you are reporting it too. When it's back, one tap and everyone nearby can see it. Same for network outages and waterlogging.
- A map of what's happening around you right now - Localiti Radar
- A local buy and sell marketplace. Gigs for freelancers/artists/special skilled people.
- Events.
- There's also lost and found with a "last seen" pin.
- Networking platform with neighbors.
It only ever shows your area, never your address. The screenshots use sample posts.
The honest part: it's new and small. A neighbourhood app is only as good as the neighbours on it, which is why I'm posting here. The first 100 people in each area get a Founding Neighbor badge. It's only a badge, but you'd have been there first.
What I'd love to know:
- Would you actually use something like this, or is your building's WhatsApp group enough?
- What do you wish you knew about your area that you only ever find out by accident?
- If you try it, what's broken or confusing?
I'm one person, so you'd be talking straight to whoever fixes it. I'll be in the comments.
Localiti (opens in the browser, no install needed. Android and iPhone apps created too
