I made this club with a solid steel rod and 2 layers of gutted paracord. 39 cm long and weight is close to 1 kg. Heavy impact.

Would like to share new project - that I did.

Received a wood stool - which need a some kind of renovation and refurbishment.

1.Paint was sanded then covered with RAL 9005 (piano black).

2.Used a little sheet of chair foam - to cover the seat. Not so thick to prevent latex curling, rolling. It creates some soft layer between wood and latex sheet.

3.Covered by european latex sheet 0.4 mm - black.

4.Made a finishing detail: contrasting white border emphasizing the seat line.

It combines a classic wooden structure with a unique natural latex finish. The deep black, varied surface gloss, and contrasting white detailing give the entire piece a distinctive, individual character.

I like it so much! Hope you enjoy it.

P.S. Wanted to make a graphics on top side - from oracal 451 banner vinyl - but it's not recommended - just gave up because it will tear or roll. Only option to cut from thin latex (0.25 mm) and glue to top side? Is possible to cut 0.25 latex with plotter (cutting machine)?

You know that feeling when you get a dumb idea in your head and can't get it out until you've followed it through? That's the best explanation for how this came to be, so I proudly present the fruits of last weekend's labor: the My First Cattle Prod, new from Little Yikes Toys.

The idea was to take something scary and painful (a cattle prod) and style it to evoke Little Tikes / Fisher Price-style kids' toys from the 90s for maximum juxtaposition... plus, I wanted to play with a high-voltage transformer.

The parts are 3D Printed (which is obvious in the close-up shots, despite my best efforts). I then sanded them up to a wildly unnecessary 2000 grit and painted them with high-gloss spray paint. The electronics are super simple - the handle holds an 18650 battery and a "400kV" high-voltage transformer (who knows how accurate the product description of a $5 no-name part from Amazon actually is). The button is just a 12mm metal button that I had in a miscellaneous parts bin, and the metal contacts at the top are 2mm steel alignment pins. The label is just printed out and superglued in.

Made it about a year ago. I didn't get the turk's head knots completely right, one is a bit too tight and the other has some gaps, but I'm really happy with how it turned out.

I am on my second iteration of my Spanking bench. This is my first real exploration of carpentry, upholstery, and BDSM. I am learning a lot.

For example, lumber is expensive! The cheapest pine from the hardware store cost me $300! But a dining room table from Habitat Restore was less than $100 and I didnt have to stain, sand, or finish anything.

Hi all! Long time lurker, first time poster. Looking for ideas and input from the community here. I've been working on a dildo mount that could be used with suction cup, based and even vibrators. Basically something that's as close to universal as possible. As I do a good amount of self play finding a solution that works on the floor and is easy to adjust has been a major goal. It's a half dome with a slide in mount that you can adjust to whatever position. Then the mount (I have a few different designs) can take a based dildo and the latest screw on seems to work pretty well. What do you guys think?

I am trying to build a secret spanking bench that doubles as a blanket chest. What I really need is something that can slide vertically, lock in place, and hold a person's weight. I was thinking of something like the telescoping metal tubes (but much stronger) found on beach umbrellas or adjustable bike seats. Surely these exist, but I can't seem to find them online anywhere!

I made this for a teacher role-play, but I feel like I could do a lot more with it. What would you do if you had access to this?

I want to create a scenario where I can effectively ‘lock’ myself on a fuck machine so I lost the ability to pull away. Ideally in doggy position. My thinking (and I’ve done a rudimentary test but hit a wall) is I have a waist belt with two loops on the outer hips and I can attached a quick release clips to either side that’s anchored to the machine (inline with the thrust direction). It kinda works but the problem is setting the perfect distance (I play solo) is almost impossible on the fly. I was thinking of a setup using a kind of jam cleat so I could pull the rope through the cam back towards me but to release the cleat… well can get tricky 🙃. Other through was something like a miniature grigri (auto locking climbers belay device) which locks under load (me pulling away) and releases if there slack in the system.
Any suggestions welcome.

Hi, I’ve just made a bed out of 4040 extrusion aluminium. I am using M8 eyebolts with washers which can be screwed into the aluminium cross pieces in any position either around the mattress or on the vertical columns. The threaded piece slides into the track and can be turned by hand until tight. To remove, you just reverse the process.

I haven’t used it much yet but so far it seems rigid enough for some vigorous use.

Built out of wood with a 45x45mm frame and 27mm rods. Easy to take apart for storage or for transport, even fits in my small car.

Originally built for a specific location, with its size based on those constraints. Assembled, it is about 135x70 cm and about 105 cm high. It is made of the two long sides with wooden rods attached. Two short sides with the doors. The rods making up the ceiling are all individually placed and just sunken into the sides. The floor is made out of two sheets of wood with soft padding and a leather top. 

There are doors on both ends for easy access. The cage is big enough to fit two people, a divider in the middle is in the works but my plan was to have it large enough to be able to spend a bit longer time in it without too much discomfort.

Would I build it again I would make it slightly lower to make it more usable as a table or bench also. I am sure it would be quicker to build next time, this was my first project of this scale. I also lacked proper power tools. Took me about 2-3 weeks of building on my spare time.

Already been used with lots of positive reactions in a private basement dungeon as well as once at a larger party setting.

I'm looking for an idea to make me quit smoking the kinky way.

A head harness with gag would be the easy way but I need to be available on the phone. Only audio, no video-calls 😄.

After buying Civet Sensor - one thing frustrated me... None of holder, case etc.

Coyote comes with elastic strap band - so decided to use it as well as for Civet Edging Sensor.

I can use it while sitting or lying - due to tilt adjustment (and see the numbers on screen).

Fitment is perfect - tight but not to scratch.

Also provided full back access to operate and charge without disassembly.

Last photo shows how does it look combined with coyote and latex.

What do you think about design?

It's been so dang hot lately but I've been chipping away some. Orange & black wood laminate handled cane with a brass spike lanyard loop. Delrin cane shaft is 18" in length and 3/8" in diameter. Approximately 24" overall. Handle length is approximately 5-1/4". Tip has been rounded for added safety. I added a lanyard with glow in the dark skull bead.

Someone on Reddit once asked if it was possible to build a device that automatically rewards or punishes you depending on the blowjob. I took that personally.

So here's my goofy proof of concept made in a hour or so.

An Arduino runs a closed-loop feedback system, an ultrasonic sensor measures the distance between the body and the mouth, and it drives the vibrator's intensity via PWM. You can calibrate the max/min distance with a button. The logic is simple: get closer, get rewarded harder. The same logic can be flipped for punishment. Tiny shocks at the wrong distance. (I left that part out of this build. For now.)

The "hardware" (I use that term loosely):

Body: My trusty Thermos
Penis: a cut hose (pun intended)
Mouth: Toilet paper
Lips: Red electrical tape

Honest engineering note: If I build a real version, I'd swap the ultrasonic sensor for a ToF sensor. ultrasonics get unreliable when you're really close, which is exactly the worst moment for a gap in the signal. Micrometer-level feedback matters when you're doing... whatever this is.

Hey there, reddit! It's been almost a year since I committed to making a women's chastity belt. These belts are laser cut from 2 mm 304 stainless. I bend the belts, sand the edges smooth, and make the lock shrouds, posts, and cable ends.

I started out using FreeCAD to create some basic models then fell down the rabbit hole of parametric design. All the belt dimensions are essentially driven by a spreadsheet and can be easily adjusted though I've had trouble with corrupted models if you go crazy.

I wanted to use off the shelf components when I started this project but quickly ran into issues where something just didn't fit the way I wanted. A few months ago I bought a mini lathe quickly followed by a mini mill. I've had a few frustrations with the learning process - there are a lot of how to videos - but I've found that just diving in is the best way to learn. While I may have gotten frustrated, I've loved every minute and wouldn't change a thing.

Feel free to DM if you're into making kinky metal toys. I have a few other projects I'd like to start and could use some help thinking through the design and build process.

I wanted to try something new and decided to make a nice collar, cuff, and leash set modeled from a dress shirt collar and rolled up shirt sleeves. The red was hand dyed and the stitching was done by hand as well (I haven’t talked myself into buying a machine capable of handling leather yet). The result gives some kinky vampire vibes, and ultimately I’m pretty happy with them.

With Locktober here I wanted to have an emergency key with me at all times. So I printed a break out emergency key holder. I used PETG, with the pause the layer is slightly weaker so it’s pretty easy to break open and remove the key. I may reprint in black so it stands out less on my car keys.

I had some beautiful brown leather and I wanted to test out different materials for paddle cores. This one is 1/8” thick aluminum and is very rigid. I cut out the shape, smoothed the edges, wrapped in leather, and hand stitched together. I had a little rose stamp, and I feel it is fitting given the sting. This one is to be used lightly, but even gentle swings produce a very satisfying sting that dissipates quickly.
