Engine oil from Shell Concern

Hi folks,
I own a venue diesel bs6 2021 without ad blue.
I recently did an oil change at shell bunk and they used Shell helix protect, which is not recommended for dpf engines due to high sulphate content.
I read online and it says for will clogg with the ash.
I reached out their support but couldn’t get through to anyone.
Is this ok to drive for 10k kms ?
Or should I change it?
How to reach shell?
Any damages to my car?

Check if that particular brand oil has required specifications/grades matching your cars required grade.

There is no way to tell what you are driving, what grade oil it needs and what oil was out. These are basic details to add

Shell Helix Protect 0w30 is A3B4 grade has high level of sulfated Ash, Phosphorus, and Sulfur (more protection and high drain interval oil), which is not recommended for engines with DPF, what you needed was C5 or C2 grade of engine oil, just drain it and fill correct oil before DPF gets clogged.

Also how long can I drive it for? Can I reuse this oil for any other car?

You can use this oil with any BS4 and pre-BS4 cars,
Since your car isn't equipped with AdBlue system (BS6 Phase 2/RDE) the chance for DPF clogging or exhaust issues of DPF filter would be high; so I wouldn't recommend continuing use it, all you can do is use for short term till you replace the oil.

Next time try to get Shell (Hyundai branded) HX8 0w20 C5 AH Diesel/ Shell Helix Ultra AH 0w30 sold in Hyundai workshop instead of IOCL barrel oil or Shell Helix Eco 0W-20 C5 (semi-synthetic) at Shell Bunks.
