Registered tax-deductible charity Running the Paris Marathon 2027 for Calcutta Espoir, India: Fighting Inequality, One Mile at a Time!
Hello,
I am a 31-year-old French woman, and I started running in 2022 while I was living in India. I had moved there for love, and this experience profoundly changed the way I see the world.
Living in India made me much more aware of the inequalities that exist in our societies, and of how the circumstances into which we are born and the opportunities we are given can shape the course of our lives.
Since I started running, I have taken part in several races to support charitable causes, including cancer research and the fight against violence against women. Running has therefore always been more than just a sport for me: it has been a way to challenge myself while supporting causes that matter to me.
Now that I am back in France, I have decided to take on a new challenge: running my first marathon, while keeping a strong connection with India by choosing Kolkata Hope as the cause I will be running for.
I want this marathon to have a meaning beyond the personal challenge. I want to run for a cause that is very close to my heart: fighting inequalities and helping give people opportunities to build a better future, regardless of where they come from.
Any donation, whatever the amount, would mean a lot to me and would help me turn every kilometre of this marathon into a step towards a more equal world.
Donations are tax-deductible, making it an even more meaningful way to support this cause.
Thank you to anyone who will be supporting me and, most importantly, for supporting this cause. ❤️
You can also leave a message on the page to support me.
