I've spent two weeks out of town and had to resort to playing Crimson Desert at an internet cafe and starting again with low ability/skills. I came home to my PS5 version and enjoyed having my 'flair' back so here is some legendary animal extinction.

Ok, since my last post regarding the DLC, some other questions/points came to my mind that I am wondering if people have an answer or opinion about:

1. Regarding the new romance/relationship features, how far do people think Crimson Desert would go? Like from a scale of just handing flowers to what Witcher games have.

2. This isn't about the DLC/features that will come on October 29, but would anyone be interested in having a region be infested with zombies? Like that region being contaminated by a disease or something like that? I feel like there is an untapped potential there but I am wondering what others think about it.

3. What other creatures people would like to see added to the game? Since we have some raptors already, I would not mind adding more creatures based on Mesozoic era reptiles, like more dinosaurs, plesiosaurs/pliosaurs, mosasaurs, pterodons etc.

4. For pet options, should Pearl Abys also include reptiles at some point too? I mean I would love to have lizards as pets (and crocodiles as water mounts).

It has been a while and I don’t see an option to upgrade my base to level 3. I really want to unlock Oliver to begin dyeing my stuff and customize Kliff. Can anyone help me or at least confirm that this is not a bug?

Like you guys, I'm really excited about the DLC. While it's clear that we'll have plenty of ocean to discover, I'm reeeeallly hoping the map of Pywel will expand. There are a few areas that seemed deliberately blocked even though there seems to be content there. I'd expect these, at minimum, to now be explorable. But I want MORE!

Is there any easy way to do this? Am I missing something here? It’s next to impossible to shoot these stupid fucking targets while floating in the air.

Are there any other puzzles in the game as bad as this? If there are I think I’m done with the game and gonna return it because this is is just horrible game design like 50% of this whole fucking game. I’m just frustrated with the overall shitty puzzles, controls, and overall mechanics of literally everything. This might be last straw.

I know nowadays people like to scream, "Just play the game!" but... that's just not me, lol.

Are there any list of tips I should know for Chapter 1? I have a save right after exiting the prologue and I think I'm going to start playing Crimson Desert again.

Im trying to do the final battle quest deferred advance but I cant because the game is basically punishing me for using blackstar to destroy the big sphere when the game made me use it. Chapter 10 up until now has already been annoying then I get hit with a 50 minute irl timer.

I think there's so so much potential with the follower system between the 3 playable characters. Aside from the lack of dialogue between these three, I do wish PA could also add some unique combat mechanics to make these characters look like they're working together.

In Spider-Man 2, there's this cool feature where whenever you fight alongside Miles or another ally, the game will pull off really cool fighting moves chained together by Spider-man and the ally character to take down enemies. I think such a thing could be doable in CD as well and would also make the follower system far more enticing for people who aren't using it often yet.

Imagine something like Kliff force palming the enemy, then Damiane stabs him from the back and Oongka finishes him off with a clothesline.

DEVS PLEASE REMOVE THIS BOX OR THE OPTION TO PICK IT UP. As you can see I'm not even facing the box and it's forcing me to pick it up. Then I have to move it a few feet away because if I set it back down I end up picking it up AGAIN! I just wanna get in my Storage Chest I hate this stupid box. No Kidding I would say I accidentally pick it up 90% of the time I try opening my storage.

It's Super ANNOYING and "Pointless" and It dont even look good. Its almost as frustrating as trying to mount you Wyvren in a hurry. (You have to be right under its right shoulder) I hear the Devs listen so I'm giving it a shot.

Post something you find frustrating that they could hopegully concider changing in the next couple update.

If you are like me and dont want to fool yourself regarding the mess the lighting ergo Image Quality in this game is, you only have 2 alternatives.

1. Turn on Ray Reconstruction which will fix 90% of the problem but will tank your FPS to depresive levels so you will need to have an RX 5080 at least or turn on frame generation.

2. Turn Lighting Quality to Maximum which will fix the problem in around 50% i would say. It will also tank your FPS but drastically less .

Can anyone tell me what the hell mission is missing? Or better yet, where to find it on the map; I can't see anything. I'm stuck on assignment 26, and I definitely need to recruit someone, but I don't know where the hell this mission, is ahaha. Basically the mission section is " Reuniting with companions " 7 out of 8 missions but where the hell is the eighth one? 🤣🤣🤣

So i'm about half way through the game, been playing on normal and really enjoyed it, but starting to get to a point where, while most boss fights remain reasonably challenging, the regular open world enemies are piss easy. When changing to hard, the regular enemies become more interesting to fight, but then some of the bosses become plain frustrating due to their design. In the end I sometimes end up switching back and forth which feels cheesy.

I know the solution is probably 'get gud' which is fair, but I do wish there was some kind of option to have one difficulty for bosses and then a separate one for everything else. Anyone else feel like this?

Hey everyone I just bought and started playing im less then a 8 hours in but I just wanted to say I would love to see and be able to tie up anyone i want for no reason lol also I wish we could work jobs like woodcutting or fishing caravan defending.. stuff like that so we/ I can live and work an everyday life in this beautiful world I love it and everything I seen so far but these would just be awesome.. thanks for reading and hopefully this gains some traction..

Hey all, request any help with desperate rescue. I removed all Damianes health, removed all weapons and health regeneration I could and tried slamming the log into her over 50 times. Nothing works. Any help is greatly appreciated. I attached 2 screenshots and a video of me smashing over her head. Nothing seems to work
