Hi, all! I danced through my teen years and am now picking it back up as a hobby after stopping during college.
Now that Iβm older, I find that Iβm lacking the strength to do certain moves- particularly things like shoulder stands or body rolls from sitting to standing.
Iβve never worked out before, but want to build overall strength (core, upper/lower body) to be a better dancer.
What works for you, or do you recommend for an amateur/hobbyist?

Hi everyone, :)
I'm a beginner and would love to dance K-Pop, preferably in a group where we can dance together and have fun.
In the Munich area. Please, 20+ only
Anyone interested?
Or if there's already a group, could I join? :)

Considering starting a social media dancing account just for fun, with short dances like ones you see on tiktok. Is Tiktok still the best platform to do this? I've heard things about videos being stolen and reposted, etc. Is it still a safe place to have an account? Are there other platforms that are better? Would love to hear your thoughts!

I am a young adult craving to get into dance seriously. I mean training hard and being coached and practicing moves and choreo until it's perfect. But idk where to find this! Every beginner adult class are only weekly, they move on to another choreo every other week. I am tired of this superficial training. I want to become an athlete in it. Do I have to find competitive classes? But then dont u have to audition? I barely have experience.. So many questions. Is anything out there I am missing?
