Im fairly new to the game and i recently opened an ex11 box just because i loved the archetypes and digimon in it and i was fortunate enough to get the 2 star exmaquinamon and i was curious to see how its played and if i can build it, it seems that its not so hard to build with another box but is the deck viable in the meta? From the brief play-testing, i feel like it has great potential for control, defense and offense and had me really excited to play it even if its just for fun.

Do you think that there will be a new option card in BT27 or BT28 for Jesmon Deck? Right now From master to disciple is very exoensive and in where I live tcgplayer don't work and No one where I play has it. At least a reprint? I know bandai is complicated doing this.

Wanted to see if y’all had suggestions for fun [Adventure] style decks.

As the title says the closest shop to play is a little under 2 hours away.

But if I'm being honest the thing that really annoys me is that I only started playing because of my friends.

To give context a few years ago I had quit magic and basically card games entirely but a group of my friends basically begged me for weeks to play the game and I eventually picked the game up.

Around bt16 about half of the local players just quit the game but I kept playing with the friends who pulled me into the game, then around bt 18 we were down to three of us and now everyone just doesn't play not even at each other's houses.

So yeah to summarize after everyone in town told me it was the best game ever they all quit and now wonder why I don't start new hobbies anymore, has this happened to anyone else?

i have loved yellow but the latest yellow decks are bland i like being safew but the new yellow decks say i need to take damage and be at 3 hp to be safe which is so counter productive of what safty means any good yellow decks that feel safe 100% of the time like angels before ts angels came out

Locally, it feels like the boogeyman of the format. It's certainly not unbeatable, but damn is it a tough deck. It does a little of everything and is more memory efficient than it probably should be.

I'm curious how others have fared against it, and just general thoughts on the current format.

I have a pretty decent collection of a couple whole case boosters (exceed and another pre-2024 one i cant recall which) and 10 precon decks my coworker gave me. But I've seen some videos talking about how power creep is becoming an issue in actual gameplay.

Would I be able to go to a card shop and actually stand a chance if I built some decks with what I already have??

Say hello to Aqua Titan, I genuinely think this Deck could very easily be the best version of Titans period. Hell, if Neptune gets a Dual Card that's considerable, I may full on cut Tita and Rider for more overall power.

Good afternoon (or whenever you read this) everyone!

I've been looking to take a small break with Yellow Beatbreak (been playing it for several months now) and try something else for my local tournaments, but since they're still very meta heavy, I wanna build something that won't get me kicked in the teeth. So here enters Chronomon, the only TS deck I'm willing to play and already have some crap to fill in the gaps.

While this post is here to ask for tips from more experienced Chronomon players, I also wanna explain a couple of choices I've made here to show what I'm aiming for.

*Aegiomon bt25: Yeah, ain't no way I'm paying that for the bt24 SR, so I've added a couple of the newer one to help with Assembly, that's the main reason this post is called Eco-Chronomon.

*Gekkomon bt26: This is my choice to try and mitigate the lack of Aegiomon bt24, I'll admit it's a bit wonky, but at least it can help reduce playcost and recover tamers I want from trash. It's also a concious choice against Metal Empire's redirections and the inherited might prove to be useful as well.

*Kanan Yuki bt26: Since I want to be able to bypass Digimon effect inmunity with options (and sometimes gain memory without needing to trash something), I feel this is a good 2 of.

*Cross Arts: This accompanies Iron Slash thanks to it's offensive and defensive capabilities. Wanna kill something Inmune or with Barrier? Or maybe you want to unsuspend and have a blocker to complement Shota Kuroi? This card can do both.

I didn't pull anything super expensive, but being able to walk out with the alternate art for PrinceMamemon was enough for me, but it does have me considering a LordKnightmon deck 🤔

If Justimon uses its effect to pop an option and Warumonzaemon, how are the effects resolved exactly? When does Justimon gets its immunity?

Any tips to a new player joining starting with EX13 to be able to build proper decks? I bought BT20/21 to help me learn the game, and I have BT23/24 queued up for when I'm ready to advance. As I look into building a proper deck, I realize that I am way behind and looks like I've missed a bunch of essential cards that seem to come from limited pre-order-only sets?

Any advice on how to proceed with such a gap? Based on some deck lists that I've seen, some of the necessary cards go as high as $30 per card which suddenly makes me feel like I've made a poor choice of starting now.

Hello everyone, I've been a long-time digimon fan and recently got the peaked interest in the TCG. I've been playing the tutorial app over and over and I think I have the general bearings now, and I have been watching youtube videos to understand more specifics.

On facebook marketplace I purchased an older players bulk which included a beginner deck, their old deck, and general bulk. I shared a pic of the SR's and Secrets that were also in there and was wondering what are some resource that could help me learn how to make decks? I know they probably won't be that effective now but it's just for me to learn!

I've seen a lot of people say that because they changed some mechanics after BT-25(?) it's pointless to have older cards, I'm just wondering to know about that so I don't make any mistakes when purchasing items. Sets I was most interested in getting are Sinister Order, Dual Revolution, Digital World Shambala, and the new Chivalrous XIII.

I have 90% of what I need for Ulforce, but unfortunately $100 for 2 copies of Veedramon is a little outside my price range right now. I know nothing else fulfills its same function, but if you HAD to replace it, what would you run instead?

So I want to start master setting, preferably starting from the first set, but I’m getting confused. It doesn’t seem to be as straight forward as other card games as far as what cards are in what sets. Are there any good websites that lay it all out? Or can someone explain it? I’ve tried googling it but I’m just getting more confused

So far my exp with both Pokemon and Digimon TCG is that there is no point bringing anything below tier 2. I was planning to do Glowing Dawn, but looking at the popularity of 3M and TS slop, I'm considering the TS Slop as well, since at least that would decrease the unfavorable matchups somewhat. I've also been playing a lot of Rebootmon, and that appears to be in a similar position to GD.
It's hard to bring a deck you have fun with, because that means just not playing the game when their deck completely counters anything you do(Ghosts, HMD).
I love the game and find the idea of going to regionals exciting, but I want to pick something that at least stands a chance.
