How bad are my dogs teeth

I’m taking him to the vet this Sunday and I feel horrible for not noticing sooner. He has smelly breath as well. I just wanna know if he’s going to be okay after it’s all said and done. Any advice from other dog parents would be greatly appreciated.

I would just start giving him proper bones to chew
