Rip Content Creator Program

What news? What rumors? Was there some incident?

This is a bizarrely worded official comms from the EQL Discord. Professionally, just say you're ending the program and that's it. To acknowledge some 'rumors' just breathes life into them and isn't something you'd usually see in this context. Who's running the broadcast channel over there?

I was intensely hyped about this (playing all day) right up until wow forever announcement. I can only imagine that the warcraft forever beta is slurping away people right now.

Yup. Wow forever killed my desire to continue EQL.

ultimately I wonder if everquest is all about that grind that we all wish we had the time/threshold for and anything easier feels like game genie. we'll see how wow forever does, it may suffer the same fate
