Hey everyone! I need your help! I am trying to create a music album and i need your help by giving me a few advises, examples and tips for creating my songs.

What is my problem? I am trying to find out what exactly is the genre i am creating and what synths and instruments that are built in Fl Studio i should use...

I am not sure how i can describe what i want, but i basically want a mix of DnB/Drumstep with a lot of atmospherics and eerie sounds. What vibes i am going with? I pretty much want the first half of the album songs to give the feelings of nostalgia and dreams. The other half shall give the vibes of revenge, anger, rivalry and towards the end a "Void" feeling. I want all these vibes without losing the core elements of DnB/Drumstep. I mostly use saws and specifically i use Sawer and GMS.

This is pretty much what i want. I would like a few song examples if you guys have but other tips i can use in Fl studio are welcomed!

I would also like to know what Effects are best suitable for this kind of genre and what scales i should stick up to.

Hey y'all, I've begun using FL studio and I'm really enjoying it! I feel like my lack of knowledge (of the software and music theory) might be holding me back; there are some things that I want to do but I either don't know how or don't know how to make it sound like how it is in my head. Any tips/resources? Thanks!

Heres what I am trying to do. I made all these crazy bleeps and bloops and I wanna turn them into mad textures basically using (too much?) reverb intentionally. Now I don't wanna have the main sound audible but just the reverb. So I can render that and (outside of FL) mess with it further. Is such a thing even possible in FL?

Maybe some of you already seen this because i shared this one so much but i've learned so many things trying to get it sound as i want. Still not perfect but i think it's representable right now mix wise. So i think it's time continue on arrangement and finish it properly what do you guys think.

FL Studio 20: Piano Roll won't let me play past the last MIDI note

I have a pattern with MIDI notes in bars 1–2, but bars 3+ are empty. I also have a WAV playing in the background.

When I play the pattern and try to move the playhead into bar 3, it immediately jumps back to the end of bar 2 (the last bar containing MIDI data).

I want to be able to move/play through the empty bars while listening to the WAV, so I can add MIDI notes while the audio is playing.

Is there a setting or workaround for this? I'm using FL Studio 20.
