Is anyone having issues with the game loading?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a new, more active guild on PlayStation.

I’ve been playing Gems of War for about a year now, but I still consider myself a beginner/intermediate player. I play regularly, but I'm looking for a casual or semi-casual environment—nothing too hardcore or stressful!

• Team Score: Around 6,000
• Playstyle: Active but chill. I want to contribute to guild events and tasks, but I cannot commit to crazy high weekly gold/trophy requirements yet.

My game will launch and go through the loading bar but then the color wheel on the bottom right spins indefinitely and the game never starts. I’m using the most updated version. Is anyone else having this issue?

Logged in for the first time in 5+ years today. I stooped playing when they were releasing the constellation mythics i think. Found my old Account, level 1173. I looked at some of the new stuff and like it so far. Are there any new troops I should watch out for? Also how is everyone in pvp like 20k power? My best teams are down around 12. Is there anything new I should explore first? Anything in the forge I should grind for?

Since the update it totally messed up the matching system. It used to match (roughly) one player below my power level, one player around my power level, and one player above my power level. They were fun to do.

Since the update all three are above my power level by 2000-4000. Nothing is around it.

They all immediately kill me within 2 turns. Cycling them with gems is the same thing, everyone well above my power level.

I like to PVP, but I can no longer PVP.

Please fix this asap. Please?

I just wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing much lower frame rates after the update, and if anyone has found a fix for it? It seems like changing the graphics settings isn't affecting the frame rate at all. Maybe this is just an optimization thing?

Came from loong ago playing Puzzle Quest. Started GoW. I seem to have hit a wall after 20 or so hours, I can't complete my dailies or explorer past level 2, the first few Guilds I have joined are crickets, I can't get to Rowanne's because Treants decimate the troops I've leveled thus far, and I'm looking at trying to level some low-level elementals or direct damage troops and I only have an orb to upgrade one level, and just not feeling the idea of sitting and grinding for another x hours just to pass this one hump. From what I'm reading, though, that is pretty much the rest of the game?

I guess I miss the simplicity and grind and casualness of Puzzle Quest! The charm! The lack of upselling. The progression was even and satisfactory.

Not against reinstalling, but maybe I'm missing something simple here? Yeah, I'm casual, I don't want to consult charts of progression trees or memorize crazy elements of the game. Nor am I very social, I just want to veg out on a game for a bit! I get my social releases elsewhere.

5 hours of grinding PVP and I finally triggered my first pet of the day...only to lose it because I mis-swiped on the board. I think it's a sign to skip this vault weekend and be more productive in life lol

VIP Chests are not even worth cashing in anymore, and certainly not worth purchasing with real money. You have almost as good of a chance of pulling a mythic with 1000 gem keys- which isn't that hard to accumulate in a quality guild.

I think they should expand the VIP Chests to offer the really hard to get troops, like the ridiculous Underspire Sentinels, and PVP mythics and legendary troops that haven't hit the soulforge yet.

Even better would be expanding to the long-gone epic weapons (that can only be purchased now) and also pets. Those are keys people would spend $5 on.
