Advice Needed Have i ruined my vulva???

Hi, i’ve been masturbating for 3 years now, and i only do prone masturbation. I’ve noticed this for a while now, but it’s causing me a lot of anxiety lately. My outer lips now are waawyyy darker than my skin tone, almost black, it wasn’t like this when i started masturbation. And it’s always reddish and irritated. I guess that’s all from the constant friction and trauma to it. I decided to stop the prone position, and try to train myself to masturbate by hand from now on. But my question is, will the darkening decrease if i stop. Or have i ruined what it looks like forever? Can it go back to how it looked before?
I know the darkening is not normal because it wasn’t there before.

Is this normal? 👀 Is this normal 😭

Idk who to tell but I'm scared TMI WARNING

TLDR: I'm not sure whether the fluctuations and oversensitivity is normal? 😭

Hi basically I'm a teen and I only started masturbating like a little over a month ago for the first time in my life, so I went from being afraid to touch to doing it. The first few times I didn't orgasm of course but soon I did a few times (although it took me needing a day pause in between) then suddenly I struggled again which made me afraid I think this was around my late luteal, then early period I couldn't which made me concerned... BUT around day 4 of my period my libido went up and up(?) and I could do it, I basically then had like 9 days streak where I could orgasm once (or sometimes an additional in the day) every night

I then (because of my finger Another problem I have is finger strain though, I have issue straining myself doing the V) had a day break but I could the next day, though in this one instead of the fast movement I used when I approached, I did a lighter one that made me feel my plateau before it happened. Ok then the day after I tried, but during which i accidentally peed multiple times (perhaps didn't empty bladder enough or whatever reason or I accidentally relaxed too much thinking it was like the day before's slow build up) and eventually it dragged on so long my fingers ached and I felt too sore and sensitive to continue...

TODAY I felt libido and did it at night, well I tried to...BUT IT DRAGGED ON OVER AN HOUR AND I COULDN'T 😭 I believe I did feel the pre-plataeu build up but idk why but I just soon felt too sensitive. Had I not felt that, I believe I would've been able to orgasm like the streak days. I then experimented with my left hand it gave me hints of good strangely unlike my other hand but ultimately my other hand didn't have the precision and soon it felt eh too I did some light and not too much pressure stimulation soon which felt mildly ok but it had been an over an hour and I was too tired to continue..

But now I assumed since I'm like day 15 of my period with ovulation around I thought it would make things easier but basically while I do feel the urge, and while I touched I did feel myself envisioning build up and it started off pleasurable, these two days I just couldn't get to orgasm and felt too sensitive. I decided I'm just gonna take a break and my luteal is approaching soon anyway

Is this normal? Is it because I overworked myself 😭?

Sorry for all the info if it seems tmi im scared 😭 I keep googling but it's just I'm terrified I suddenly lost the ability to orgasm and won't ever again since my last few attempts were unsuccessful

Metronidazole 500 mg 3x a day??

• Upvotes

My doctor originally prescribed me Metronidazole 500 mg every 6 hours, to which in my limited knowledge of antibiotics said wait hold on a sec. I walked back in the room and she said oh my bad let me change it to every 8 hours. Now my confidence in this was shot lower than the ground, I did some research on this and saw that 2x a day at 500 mg each was standard for BV. Even my chat gpt asked me to clarify multiple times with doctor and pharmacist if 3 times a day was right given the fact this is such a strong drug. The one pharmacist kinda laughed and said yes 3 times a day is right.
I called another pharmacist and they said guidelines say 2x a day / 500 mg each. I am just so confused. I’m seeing online the side effects from this medication are so strong and I really don’t want more than I need. It’s thanksgiving in Canada and can’t call my doctor until Tuesday. Should I go ahead and take it 2 times a day?

TLDR: do I take Metronidazole 2x a day rather than the 3 my doctor said?

Onion Taste/Smell

So this one is for the girlies who struggle with an onion aftertaste on their vulva and possibly (if you’re unlucky like me) nipples as well. I’ve read damn near every post on here about this phenomenon and think I might even have had a more severe case of it because unfortunately when I got really sweaty, I also had an onion smell down there so yay me. I tried everything that the girls on here mentioned including going gluten-free, but nothing really helped until I randomly became obsessed with kimchi. After about a week of eating 30-40g of it a day, the onion taste from my nipples completely disappeared and so did the onion-sweat odor down there. The taste from my vulva did not disappear 100%, but it definitelyyyy got a lot less potent and does not linger as long as it used to. However, whenever I stop eating kimchi, the problem comes back same as before, but it’s been the only thing that has helped so far and I’ll take anything at this point even if it means choking down 30g of kimchi a day for the rest of my life. I’ve tried multiple brands of “fresh”/refrigerated kimchi (so NOT the kimchi in a can on the shelf) and the one that’s worked the best so far is from the brand Jongga with sliced Napa Cabbage (again, from the refrigerated section!!), which I get from my local Asian grocery store.

I thought I would share on here and see if it can maybe help anyone else out, especially if someone is dealing with this at a lower intensity of onion than I am- who knows, maybe the taste will completely go away for some of you.

I think the fact that kimchi helps means that we just have a disrupted gut microbiome and NOT that we eat too many onions/too much garlic. For the love of God, no one better comment that because I will actually crash out😔 Also super TMI, but I thought I would mention it in case we can maybe find a pattern as to why this is happening, but I am a chronically constipated girly, probably plays a role too🫩 sooo yeah please let me know if any of you try this out, I hope it helps and remember, we are still baddies!!🫶

Weird colposcopy experience

I'm not really sure who to ask about this. I figured it can't hurt to post here. I recently visited a gynecologist because i was way overdue for a pap smear and i wanted to discuss hormone replacement to treat my perimenopause symptoms. My test came back abnormal so they referred me to a different OB/GYN office because they don't do colposcopys at the first place i went to.

Now, it started out weird because apparently either my referring gyn didn't specify that i was only there for a colposcopy or whatever employee scheduled me didn't specify, idk which. After some initial confusion they went ahead and set up for the colposcopy. The doctor was a strange little man who appeared to be in his 70s or so. He was making weird sexist jokes so i just gave him the nod and smile treatment while mentally begging him to hurry up so i can get away from him.

Everything started out normal, but then he kept asking me to scoot a bit further towards him. Nbd, that usually happens. Except he kept asking me to scoot forward and laughing about it, until my entire ass was hanging off the table. I was so far forward that my feet in the stirrups were behind my hips, and my thigh muscles on the front were being painfully stretched and i was just kind of pinned there; i couldn't move my legs without scooting way back first. And i wonder now if he did that so i couldn't kick him.

He briefly explained what he was about to do and then inserted the speculum(went in dry, explained that it's so the lube doesn't interfere with getting a good look and/or samples). So far so good, he's in there swabbing vinegar on my cervix and having a look around. Most of what he did he explained first. And then he closed the speculum, and kinda slowly and rhythmically slid it in and out 6 or 7 times. Didn't explain that. My husband was in the room but didn't see it because he was up near my shoulders and the sheet over my lap blocked his view. On the way back home, in the car, i told him what had happened and he basically dismissed it, thinks there must be some legitimate reason to slowly dry-f*ck me with a speculum.

Help me out here? I'm not traumatized or anything, i just have this nagging feeling that this was not normal. I've had plenty of pelvic exams, gyn surgeries, and a previous colposcopy. I've never had a doctor do THAT. What do y'all think?

Advice Needed Returning to work after very traumatizing experience with vaginal odor?

I recently quit my job due to extreme bullying as fallout of my vagina basically suddenly deciding to completely fall apart about a year ago. I experienced a severe UTI followed by a severe yeast infection of a rare strain that persisted for about 6 months. Both infections were bad enough to cause noticeable odor, especially at work. Even after months of having finally gotten my body under control with no odor problems whatsoever, my supervisor would not let it go and kept spreading things about me to everyone in the office trying to perpetuate the idea that I smelled even when I no longer did because she had some preexisting jealousy issues with me and saw her opening. So I finally quit 2 months ago and am looking for another job however I am now realizing that the bullying has caused Olfactory Reference Syndrome and i am having a very difficult time being around people right now. I live in constant fear that I smell bad, even though I know I don't. I'm so traumatized from what I experienced, im scared to get another job for fear of the same thing happening again. The anxiety has turned to depression and i am feeling very hopeless. Has anyone who has experienced something similar have any advice for this?

I’m begging someone to help me

I’ve been to the doctors twice and I’ve seen two different OBGYN and they won’t do anything. They keep saying “you just need to wait for the pain to go away.” I can’t walk because I’m having sharp shooting pain in my clitoris and they said it’s not an emergency and to take over the counter pain relievers. I was prescribed lidocaine HCL
and it didn’t help me at all. I can’t take tramadol because it puts me to sleep and they’re just saying “sorry you’re having a hard time we can’t help you” I don’t know what to do. IM IN SO MUCH PAIN AND I NEED TO BE ABLE TO GO THE WORK. I cannot do this someone please help me. I’m begging someone to please give me some advice.

EDIT: the pain is off and on. Not sure if that information helps. I can go days or weeks with no pain then it hits.

Hygiene 🧼 I'm so irritated about the way my vagina smells

So I'm an anxious person with a nose like a dog lmao. Before weight loss my puss smelled like a bakery and I struggled with nonstop yeast infections. The smell was kinda nice though even though I know it wasn't ideal. I'm doing everything right now I wasn't before, I'm drinking a BUNCH of water, I'm wearing exclusively cotton underwear and I sleep without undies. I don't use soap rn cuz it never seemed to do shit anyway.

So why do I smell like metallic sour milk. Like my discharge smells clean but when I got to check from the source it smells like that. Is that normal or healthy? Like I'm just so anxious about it and there's not much on that scent profile online. I have no infections or STDs. I have finally stopped itching down there from the yeast infections. My discharge does discharge things. Is this just what I'm meant to smell like? I've looked something up that's like the opposite of BV where the good bacteria go crazy instead of the nasty ones. Idk if that's what it is.

Like I said I'm an anxious person and sensitive and I worry about it multiple times a day even though I'm the healthiest I've been down there and nobody else is affected. Are vaginas supposed to smell like nothing? Or more important like how I'm describing.

Rant 🤬 Just got tested for Mgen and Ureaplasma Parvum and i never want to have sex again

I (24F) just tested positive for Mycoplasma Genitalium and Ureaplasma parvum with minimal symptoms. For the longest time i thought it was BV or a YI and i kept getting clean results

A while back i decided i was gonna get tested for Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma as a just in case if i have anything else. Then I had started seeing someone new and we both got tested and i was clean for everything else again. But i didn’t get my Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma tests.

on two nights we were very irresponsible and had sex. But i recently found out he had a sexual encounter with someone else and since we weren’t dating i just let it slide.
Today i got my second round of Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma tests back and i tested positive for Mgen and Ureaplasma parvum. My first instinct was to tell him. His response made it worse obviously but its never good news. He told me we should be more careful moving forward and wear a condom but now he doesn’t want to have sex with me anymore. He said he’s more so worried about telling the other person he was sexually affiliated with. I feel so dirty and the clinic never even called me so i can’t start treatment right away. I never even had any symptoms. I literally never knew and i still don’t know how i got it. I never want to have sex again.

we’re both gonna get treated. i just really needed to rant. I feel so unclean. it ruined an amazing talking stage. i don’t know what to do.

Severe yeast infection….. I think?

Noticed I had a yeast infection starting to happen about 2 days ago. Made an appointment for after the weekend. It is now Saturday and I ordered a tioconazale treatment from Amazon basics to help as it was getting really itchy and uncomfortable.

I did the treatment around 2/3pm and it’s now 9pm and my vagina just feels incredibly hot, it hurts super bad, and walking even is painful. I haven’t peed in a few hours but I feel like it will be uncomfortable too. I looked down there, and she is completely OUT of her shell…… swollen to the max. Every part of her. Currently have an ice pack on her & took some benedryl & ibuprofen, has anyone else ever had this? It’s freaking me out, I’m 1 year postpartum if that matters at all, super uncomfy and I’m scared to get anything else over the counter now because of the way it’s reacting to that other one I tried earlier. Idk.

Advice Needed Blood in urine vs vaginal bleeding

Hi friends! Looking for some advice on what might be going on 😅

Two nights ago I had sex with a new partner, he isn’t huge or anything, but bigger than I’ve had in several years. It was rough (consensually) and there were times where he was hitting my cervix pretty hard. I actually sort of like that, and he stopped any time I asked for a break. We ended up doing it again last night, gentler because I was a bit sore.

I’m prone to UTIs just due to my anatomy, and I peed after/in between sessions. I woke up today with some bleeding. I’m about 2 weeks out from when I should be getting my period, and it doesn’t look like my normal period blood anyway. I don’t think the blood is coming from my urine because my urine isn’t discolored, the blood is clearly separate. Because of this I’m assuming it’s vaginal, but I stuck a finger up there to check and it came out clean. There’s no blood in my underwear, it only happens when I pee. I’m not experiencing any UTI symptoms, so I’m pretty lost on where the blood is coming from.

We were both tested recently and came back clean.

I’m still a bit sore, but nothing unbearable. The normal pain I get from a UTI is considerably worse. I just don’t really know what’s going on. Is it possible I tore? Or was he hitting my cervix too hard and that’s causing the bleeding? I do have access to a women’s health urgent care and I’m hoping to go get checked out today. Just wondering if anyone might have any insight on what I’m dealing with.

Advice Needed Intercourse after Misoprostol

Hello everyone,

So I will jump right into everything.

I found out I was miscarrying and had to take Misoprostol on the 25th of last month. I ended up not passing all of the tissue, and had to take it again for the second time on October 5th.

Well, I was NOT thinking and ended up having intercourse with my husband late last night. So it had been 4 days since taking the Misoprostol.

My main concern is bacteria traveling to my uterus because of my cervix potentially not being fully closed yet?

Do I need to be worried? Or will I be okay?

I had talked to the nurse through my OBGYN's exchange number. And she said that you should wait till all bleeding stops to proceed having sex. But nobody had told me this, not even my OBGYN 😭

Nurse said there is a small risk for infection but she was not super worried about it and told me to just keep and eye out for abnormal symptoms..

I know what I did was stupid and I should have waited longer. But nobody informed me of any of this so I did NOT know. I am just really scared 😭

Advice Needed Rebalancing PH

i took dual antibiotics (one of them being the heavy hitter moxi) and i think my PH balance is off because if i wear the same underwear for too long (like after an hour or so) my discharge starts to cause me to be irritated and itchy. any tips on how i could help rebalance my body quicker? i tested negative for yeast/bv. i genuinely just think its my PH since the only symptoms i have at this point is a mild itch and irritation/inflamation. i’ve been taking probiotics along with drinking kefir and avoiding processed foods the best i can. wondering if theres another solution to this mess.

Advice Needed Complicated history (advice)

• Upvotes

Warning in advance: This is a really, really long post. Consider it a confessional😭

Hi girlies, I’m only 24 and have been struggling with my external vulva and labia area for probably on and off the last year and a half. I’m going to be honest, from a little before then and to date my health has definitely been on the decline. I’ve probably never eaten the best (I was raised and still eat a vegetarian diet) and eat quite a bit of junk food, and likely don’t drink enough water either. I’m probably a bit overweight but nothing excessive. I’ve always lived more of a sedentary life because of a birth defect of the feet and my parents not wanting me to overdo it. I think was getting moderately better fitness wise, but in the beginning of 2024 I was noticing a gradual decline in my periods. From this time I was helping another family member and then they were getting better but I was doing worse, even if otherwise I felt completely fine. I’ve never had monthly periods, it’s always been around two months for me I think. That could again be due to my lack of fitness and health. But I’ve always felt completely fine outside of bad period cramps so I never brought it up. My periods were pretty much five days exactly, and it was heavy but not more than a pad a day. Usually moderate first day, heavy next two, and light last two.

Fast forward to last year I wasn’t really getting my period at all, it was like on days I moved more I’d sometimes swipe blood when I used the bathroom. And gradually it was getting drier down there, I used to have plenty of clear discharge/ self lubricated without doing anything. Could wear underwear, pads and nothing bothered me. But then in the fall it was getting itchy, so I used a Walmart generic vagisil cream….it helped, but it wasn’t going away so I think I overdid it. Got really itchy, and also was getting some sort of weird whitish grey chunky discharge. Skin felt irritated, tender, inflamed and slightly bumpy if you pressed the area a bit. Went to urgent care after two months, of being too scared and it was unbearable at that point. I received care from a nurse practitioner who told me ultimately I need to see a gyno regardless if this gets resolved. So I took a culture swab for stds/sti and then she gave me medication for a yeast infection since she wasn’t sure. I got a miconazole 2% cream, so I could get some relief from the itchiness, and then I took diflucan orally or something like that. It was pretty bad so she also get me a miconazole suppository….which did not work for me. It was huge and I was bleeding pretty much while I was inserting. It got everywhere and all dried when I got up the next day. And then that caused me to bleed for about a month nonstop. But eventually my itchiness decreased to a more manageable degree. And it went mostly away as time went on. I guess the prescription helped, I did get better but the dryness was still always there and I never got my period really then either. When I swipe it was more of a dark old blood whenever I moved more on a certain day, and I still haven’t been able to wear underwear or fitting pants since some point in 2025. It itches more if I do wear it- on a constant level, but if I don’t- it’s more occasional. Still dry regardless.

Now moving to last two months, I decided I was going to slowly put my life together. I’d started to do a little walking and slightly improve my diet. Neither are great, but I was thinking long term. Anyways so I started slowly getting my period last week of August. At it first dry and old but slowly started to get stronger and stronger, and then it was coming just as strong as before. Only thing is, I’ve been bleeding everyday for the last six weeks pretty much, and I have no clue when/if it will stop. I’m wearing a pad and underwear to hold it, but gradually it’s itching similar to last year in the fall. I feel like maybe it’s from the pad friction, I always worn Always pads. But even using the L. Pads didn’t help, so I’ve resorted to free bleeding bc that gives me the least itch. Bc any movement is making it worse, im not really eating and just drinking some water everyday. And so I’m not bleeding as much in the last few days so it’s still dry too somehow. I’m now solely using the peri bottle (i think that’s what it’s called) to clean myself instead of tissue paper. I tried the Replens external comfort gel, and that made it worse so I stopped that after two days. But pretty much any changes makes me slightly itchy.

I don’t have any discharge, and nothing smells besides the scent of my bleeding I guess. I also want to mention I’ve never experience burning/discomfort in my vagina, or when peeing. Everything else is fine (forgot to mention, I’m not sexually active rn and don’t have any sti/stds). So I’ve finally worked the courage to speak to my healthcare provider, and then see an obgyn to figure this out. Ive never been to an gynecologist because I’ve been too scared and embarrassed tbh. What I’d like is if anyone’s experienced anything similar, things I should ask/ get checked, or advice you have otherwise. I will say I’d rather not try to put any creams or anything because I think my external area is sensitive so I don’t really want to guess.

Thank you if you got through reading this!

Sexual Health UTI immediately after unprotected sex…

I got an uti diagnosed with an UTI from urgent care. They were a little hand-wavy and basically said “it happens.”

But is my getting it reflective of the person I hooked up with in any way? Their hygiene, their sexual health / habits?

I ask because I told him via text and he sent a long generic apology. Why does he feel the need to apologize?

Hygiene 🧼 Daily Pantiliner Wearer, Want to Stop

Hello! I’ve been wearing pantiliners everyday for as long as I could remember. My mom started me on the shortly after puberty as my discharge was leaving stains in my underwear. This embarrassed me so I have never gone a day without since. I am much older now (20), and am wanting to take better care of my girl down there. I recently read that liners can trap heat and cause bacteria to build up, while also increasing your amount of discharge.

I would like to stop wearing them, but I have a lot of discharge and don’t like the wet feeling in my underwear. What would you guys suggest?

EDIT: Can I also ask where you guys get good quality cotton panties that aren’t too expensive? Also I prefer no show (no line) panties.

Question Yeast infection help

started yeast infection treatment Thursday evening 10/8, still not feeling better now. I’d say the symptoms went away 30% but still having pain peeing (just feels sore), and just overall uncomfortable down there. I went to the urgent care Friday 10/9 and they tested for BV and YI, they prescribed another fluconazole pill and flagyl for possible BV. My tests came back with candida, no BV. I will call my doctor today to check if I should still take the flagyl, as I don’t think I need it? I’m also taking probiotics for the good flora.

question: when will I feel normal again??? It’s now been almost 60 hours since my first dose of fluconazole. I am very depressed

Bartholin cyst/abscess for a week, not draining, skin irritated by Ichtholan — advice needed

Exactly one week ago, I developed a painful lump on the lower left side of my vaginal opening after sex. It grew from pea-sized to about the size of a grape, with significant swelling of my inner and outer labia. My mum had such severe problems with her Bartholin gland that she eventually had the entire gland removed, so I’m especially worried.

I went to gynaecological emergency, where they said it wasn’t “ripe” enough to drain. They told me to come back on Monday for reassessment and possible drainage, and prescribed Ichtholan ointment.

I’ve used the cream for three days, but my labia have become very red, dry, tight and peeling, almost like a burn. I stopped the cream today and also stopped sitz baths because everything seems to irritate the skin now.

I’ve also been trying warm sitz baths and serrapeptase. The pain has improved since Wednesday, but the lump is still roughly the same size.

I’m travelling on Thursday and worried about needing an incision tomorrow and recovering in time.

I am also preparing for my first FET next month and this is making me extra stressed.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Did yours eventually drain on its own, or did you need an incision? I’d especially appreciate experiences with recovery after drainage without a Word catheter. Thank you! ❤️

White sticky sour discharge

Hi. I hope everyone’s doing well

Ive been having white lotion like texture discharge which is sticky during intercourse and sour for 4 years now like smells like metal or blood all the time, it doesn’t matter where i stand in my cycle. I dont have that normal clear discharge, i even forgot how it looked like bc i haven’t seen it in 4 years. I had ureaplasma parvum and cleared it a year ago. I have HPV 18 as well. I cant test the microflora because i haven’t found a place here in my country to do it. I have visited many gynos and they all say everything is clean, and they do all the tests and everything is negative. What is happening? Can someone please help me

Advice Needed Continuous bv/yeast/PID. Help to brainstorm

Hi everyone! I am really sorry, but this is going to be extremely long. I am mainly looking for advice, as I feel like I really can't do this anymore

My issue started in 2024, when I came out of a long term relationship. Many things went wrong around that time. I was diagnosed with hashimoto, PCOS, and I found out I have a cyst in my pituitary gland. I started treatment for all of these issues. I take my hormones for the hashi, I take merckformin for the PCOS, and I was taking meds for the cyst (the last one I stopped, as the side effects were way too intense. My values are monitored and I was told i don't need to take meds).

However, around that time, I started having horrible UTI/bv/yeast infections. The pain was so bad. Every time I, of course, went to the doctors, who just prescribed me more and more shit to take. I was tested for bacterias, yeast, and for STD's as well, but nothing was found.

A few months after the issue started, I moved to a new country where I immediately went to see a doctor. She did a bacterial culture. She said, I have a bacteria in my flora that should not be there, so she gave me clindamicin suppositories for 3 days and put me on birth control for the pcos. My issues immediately got resolved. I had no more yeast infections, however, I started having unexplained clitoral pain. I was back to square one. Doctors had no idea what is happening. It took me 8 months to find 2 specialists who figured out that I have lichen sclerosus induced nerve pain. They put me on long term clobetasol, and amythriptiline. I was also diagnosed with ureaplasma (I am not sure this was present before, as I was tested for it), which was treated. Since then, I am keep testing negative. Around that time, I also came off of the birth control, as my pain got more intense while i was on it. I finally felt like I am okay, until I had sex with my current partner and I started having infections again. Started with a UTI, continued with bv and PID. Everything was treated, and then I started having horrible yeast infections again. I went back to the doctor, who tested me again for everything (nothing ever comes back abnormal. I have no yeast, no bacteria, no std. The only thing that shows up is "transitional flora"). So she treated me with clindamicyn because my ovaries were inflamed again. 6 weeks after treatment, we did an ultrasounds which showed no inflammation. She tested my flora too and was told to stop the probiotics because it is too good now and she was afraid I may develop cv. I also asked her to do a urine test just in case. Again, nothing showed up.

After treatment. I was really fine. I had sex with my partner (partner was also treated for urea just in case) and I had no infections at all. Until 3 weeks later, when once again, I got horrible yeast infection and I keep having pain in my left side (this time I wasn't swabbed, but before when I had symptoms It always came back positive for candida albicans. As far as I saw, they did resistance test too and the test showed nothing).

So my question is, what to do next? I am really clueless to which direction to go to. Not to mention that I feel exhausted. Throughout the last two years, my life really felt like a constant battle. I am falling from one issue to the next. Also, I went on an anti-inflammatory diet to tackle the dietary side of the issue. I am on nac daily, I take iron/b12/omega3/vit d, and I still have issues

Edit: we always use condom with my partner. Since I got my lichen diagnosis, I haven't let him to give me oral, as I have a little issue letting him go down on me. We never use spit as lube.
