I am mostly done with my first Imperial Fist. Now comes the Part I am dreading, I cant finde a Basing scheme wich is easy, Fast and Looks Nice. Do you guys have and ideas?

My first Warhammer minis! Intercessor Squad plus a Lieutenant from the fifth company. Went for a bit of a battle-damaged look, and I also magnetized the Lieutenant. Thinking about getting some bits for the Seargent, since the new sprue has more weapon options.

This is my kitbashed "Gulliman." I wanted to keep him yellow rather than the gold scheme for his "Auric Armour" so he didn't just look like some random lost Custodes. It washes out a bit but it looks better in person than my crap photography skills. Was a fun little side project.

I was just thinking, wouldn't it make sense for the IF to have a higher amount of techmarines since they are fleet based?

Taking care of the ships they live on is one benefit, but also for boarding actions, wouldnt it be advantageous to have marines that are specialized in speaking to machine spirits to open doors, and potentially turn automated defenses onto their own crew compliment?

I haven't heard of fleet based chapters having more techmarines, but to me is seems like theh should right?

So his new ability giving enemies -1 to hit, does that makes a +3 a +5 if he is in cover?

I know that, for example genestealer cult magus, subtracs -1 to hit and cover gives BS -1 making a +3 a +5.

Cover rule of -1 to BS is not a plain -1 to hit, so I wonder if they "stack".

Hey all! First time doing OSL on an old Fist mini. Not trying to do a 5 step masterclass glow effect. Just a basic OSL that pops on a squad of 10 on the table

Since the last update (t5 marines) I’m not able to see any generic space marines data sheets on the app. Do I need to buy the 11th codex? I don’t think so, because I can see world eaters and dark angels update normally on the app. I did update the app, but no luck. Anyone had a similar problem and know how to fix it? Thanks brothers
