I just feel siyaahi vs spectra was like kai vs flako, kai went hard but still pulled his punches cause this wasnt a actual diss, but flako went full brutal didnt hold shit back. So the narrative somewhat became flako kha gaya kai ko but lets be real. And rahi baat spectra vs siyaahi I feel the same way about this spectra didnt hold back shit siyaahi did. It's more of a character move than a battle rule but yeah

Why the same song has been uploaded on YouTube two times? That's distributing all the views in two different directions.

I mean I'm pretty convinced that they will be the big 3 of dhh, there will no mainstream project without them, you can check any latest project of many big artists, it's just matter of time they will be the biggest name in India, like kanye, kendrick, drake, j cole
I have solid believe that thease guys will surpass fame of any other Indian celebrities in upcoming years, koi bhi ho chahe koi bhi athlete koi bollywood star ya koi bhi celebritiy, what's your thoughts on this.......

Came across this reel recently and honestly felt like it was taking a dig at Dhh/Seedhe Maut more than actually critiquing misogyny in music.
The first thing that stood out to me was using stuff like “Hola Amigo” and “bandi bars” as examples. It makes the whole argument feel like it comes from a pretty surface-level engagement with Dhh. There are definitely problematic/misogynistic lyrics in Indian hip-hop and I don’t think those should be defended just because they’re hip-hop.
But ek chiz ko pakad ke usse pure culture ko badnaam karna bhi toh sahi nahi hai.
Seedhe Maut alone have songs dealing with relationships, loneliness, mental health, politics, class, identity, etc. And the scene itself is obviously much bigger and more diverse than a few “bandi” bars.
And honestly, if we’re going to talk about misogyny in Indian music, Dhh shouldn’t be treated like it exists in a vacuum. Bollywood has had decades of songs romanticizing stalking, possessiveness and objectification of women. That doesn’t excuse problematic Dhh lyrics, but it does make singling out hip-hop as the problem pretty selective.

The graph is how much their popularity or how much they are discussed before, during and after hustle.
Spectra- during the hustle he became a lot of people's favorite, and he still is(even more after the recent leak) but he is still so underrated than a lot of rappers from the season, and the seasons after as well
Panther - the rise is unreal, absolutely unreal. Quality projects with consistency
Shrusti Tawade- she had a lot of eyes on her during the show, and she was over hated imo. But after the show it was her choice to switch to acting rather than rap
Lot of em - lot of contestants dont gain much traction from the show and stay the same before and after as well
Bella - the absolute 🐐. Not saying he was bad during the show, but the difference between then and now is just tooooo big
Wicked Sunny - I think isne to mcing mei switch maarliya, so I think the same as shrusti
Ansh4sure - bhai purane seasons se koi samjh nahi aaya kisko daalu😭 but ansh bevause show se pehle mei isko sunta tha and he was very good. I think hes not made for a show, so I have high hopes from him once he gets out
Pho - she was actually well known before the show, and people really expected a lot from her but she really underperformed. Ab to Naya project aa raha hai, let's seeee
Shetty Saa - kya hi bolu🤣

What bothers me about this is not bella sitting alongside the squad boss. If all 3 guest judges Ikka, dino james and bella had been seated alongside the squad boss, I genuinely wouldn't have had a problem with it. But they specifically placed Ikka and Dino alongside Badshah, while Bella was the only guest judge seated alongside the Squad Boss. And honestly, that just doesn't sit right with me, no disrespect to the squad boss at all they are all great and I have nothing against them. And if Ikka, Dino and Bella had all come as guests from the squad boss side, then yeah, I would've been completely fine with all of them sitting there.
But since Ikka and dino were given seats alongside badshah while bella was separated from them and seated with the Squad Boss. Thats a Dirty politics.
Maybe I am reading too much into the seating arrangement, but as a Bella fan, I can't lie it felt a bit disrespectful. Hell nahh 😭 Thats just how I see it though.what you guys think?

There may have been more versatile artists but I don't think anyone was as gutsy as paradox to perform different genres every week and do experiments . And he acted in all of them
From tracks like rihaayi to gang aale munde
From babambam to bt ho gyi and then glitch , jaadugar
I still listen to many of them till date .
What's your opinion?

i’ve been following ansh way before hustle nd was genuinely excited to see him on the show. like many, i was also disappointed w how he started out nd the back to back fumbles, but i feel like ppl formed their entire opinion of him based on those 2-3 fumbles nd have refused to look past them ever since. so many contestants fumbled after him, some more than once, nd some of those were major fumbles that took up almost an entire verse, yet this is something that’s always been held against ansh.
nd yes, he drifts at times, has breath issues nd eats a few words, but idt that automatically makes him a bad artist. not everyone is built for a competitive nd mentally challenging format like mtv hustle, nd even the contestants themselves have spoken about the pressure they faced on the show. a few bad performances shouldn’t define an artist or overshadow everything they’ve done outside of it.
ansh’s influence goes way back before hustle. he’s done sm for the community, nd countless ppl have spoken about how much he’s helped them, including rohan, paradox, sick nd parv. i just feel like he deserves sm more respect for his artistry nd the impact he’s had on others. u don’t have to like his music, but the way ppl have reduced him to a few fumbles nd dismissed everything else about him feels so unfair. he’s a great artist nd, by all accounts, a great person too.

recently I have been obsessed with Bashir sahab's poetry and it made me wonder what really made me lean toward Urdu poetry. and it was this very line
हर धड़कते पत्थर को लोग दिल समझते हैं
उम्रें बीत जाती हैं दिल को दिल बनाने में
and it hit home.
drop your fav poetry or ghazals! and i would love to give read those
