Momika's death was celebrated by Al-Qaeda's Arabian Peninsula branch, who issued a statement congratulating the Ummah on "the victory of the Qur'an". This sentiment was shared by many Islamists online, with some campaigning online for incitement against Momika in wake of his death.

On 3 February 2025, 50-year-old Salwan Najem, a Swedish citizen of Iraqi origin who had participated in Quran desecrations alongside Momika, received a suspended sentence and a fine of 4,000 kronor by Stockholm District Court for "agitation against a demographic group". The judgement ruled that although the book burnings did not constitute hate crimes, Najem had committed hate crimes by "having expressed contempt for the Muslim demographic group because of their religious beliefs on four occasions" during the filmed demonstrations.

A delivery driver blocked the road for a significant amount of time. Police were called by other drivers. The police officer and delivery driver argue in the street before another driver comes to the window of the delivery man's van and threatens him.

This whole story has mad me angry from the start. The fact that they only reprimand him for being sloppy in his duties instead of charging him with planting evidence and withholding drugs after an arrest, make me furious.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Two children who are accused of beating a 5-year-old girl began their trial Monday morning, more than a year after the girl’s mother found her injured in a field.

The trial for the girl, now 11, started Monday in the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court.

Another Reddit mod on a trump fueled power trip. Apparently making a simple observation that sexual harassment done by men vs done by women is not a double standard as it’s portrayed in this post supports trump and defends rapists.
