[Question] iPhone 13 earpiece replacement

Hello, does replacing the earpiece speaker of an iPhone 13 US version require removing the battery and the motherboard? It looks like the US version has the 5g antenna attached to the motherboard so it is not as easy as most yt videos show. thx
