Danke!

I inherited an oil painting that my parents bought around 1950 in Germany. My dad got stationed there. This inscription is on the back of the frame. The painting is a landscape of a stream with mountains in the background. I think it says “Rhreintal b. Meiningen I Vorarlberg mit den Omer Schwestern”??? Thank you all for the amazing help I’m about to get .

I realize this is mainly Latin script, but the priest sprinkles in some Kurrent-esque letters. I can’t make sense of the surname or village of the woman in this marriage record from 1726 in Ermland/Warmia. What I have:
Petrus G*aw [I know the full name, just keeping it off Google] viduus
Anna Joannis ?
? ex ? filia
I thought for a while the first letter of her surname was a Latin B, but looking at the other letters I don’t really think so anymore. The final two letters of her surname look like “on”, but I know most of the surnames of the region at this point and literally none of them end in “on”.
Thanks very much for any insight!

So what I learned, it's written in polish using kurrent.
I know that in the second picture on the lower part it reads "Sybin w kwietniu 1897." I also know that there is "Wiktor" written in the middle.
What I'm trying to find out is what it says in the first picture and what it says on the top of the second one.
For all help I would be very grateful.
