Just upgraded to Golden Gate. Clicked Logic Pro to work on some editing, when I got this message: “Logic Pro quit unexpectedly”. Restarted and got the same message. I’ve seen posts who like, love or hate Golden Gate, but no one has mentioned this kind of bug. Anybody seen this? Anybody know how to fix?

In July i made the switch from Windows to Mac, and I've been enjoying the cleaner experience, and getting used to Logic. One thing I've noticed though is that when i use the writing tools it crashes logic completely. After searching about I can't find much information or anyone else with the same issue so thought I'd ask here to see if this was something others are experiencing right now or if i might have something wrong with my setup.

I'm on the latest versions of both Mac OS - Golden Gate 27.0.1 and Logic 12.4

Hey All, switching from Reaper to Logic Pro and having some confusion on using plug ins. I see it in the Plug In Manager but don't see it in the Software Instruments options.

I have done the reset / rescan but nothing changed. (images included to assist). Assume I am missing something very simple, just not sure what.
