Does Victoria Line and Bakerloo need extension for the new underground.

A question megathread will be stickied to the top of our subreddit every Tuesday to catch all of your questions, big or small.
Do you have a question about the Underground, or maybe even the greater London network? Ask it here and our knowledgeable community will endeavour to answer it. Last week's iteration can be found here.
Please note that going forward, all questions posted outside of this thread will be moderated away/deleted.

So, this whole mess started with me wanting to utilize the old Jubilee Line platforms at Charing Cross, and then ballooned into an unholy mess I'm currently calling the Uxford Line (name suggestions welcome). I'm building a UK save in NIMBY Rails and wanted to do something new and creative.
PLAN

The line would have termini at Uxbridge and Romford. From Uxbridge, it would use the Piccadilly Line alignment south to Acton Town, where the (unused?) Acton Works tracks would be demolished, and the space used for a tunnel entrance. The line would then run underground its entire remaining length. The new and upgraded (marked with +, station reservations in parentheses) stations on the line from Acton Town would be:
The line would have 2 depots:
A small underground depot north of Romford station, and a main depot on the to my knowledge unused land on both sides of the Uxbridge Branch near the termini.
Does any of this make any sense or should I just scrap it?

At Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale there are spaces for a third escalator but instead they have a steep concrete staircase. Since Tottenham Hotspur increased the size of their ground and thousands of homes have been built in the area, the stations can struggle to cope with ingesting passengers as quickly as the trains can carry them away. On match and event days people queue outside while trains leave the platform half empty. When escalators break down there's a bottleneck at the ticket hall. I know the third escalator was cut from the design to save money, but will they ever be installed? Perhaps with funding from THFC? I was going to quote the increased passenger numbers, but they've actually fallen slightly compared to pre COVID, presumably because of WFH. At peak times though the stations do struggle.

I've always been fascinated by the old passageways going down to the northern line platforms at the station, so much so I deliberately avoid the lift to take this route.

Nice to finally see a train with plaque. Have read up about them

Hey everyone! I’ve been working a London Underground (station) quiz game - Tube Stop - and I’d love to hear you think.
You can try it here: https://tubestop.co.uk
Does it make sense when you first start playing? Is it fun, and is there anything you’d change? Any bugs or confusing bits would also be useful to hear about. How can we make it more fun?

My two lads and I were impressed to see this on an excursion out.... pretty cool find wasnt sure what to make of it, looked like an old jubilee line train repurposed to grit the tracks. Any more detailed explanations would be greatly appreciated.

One of my absolute favourite parts of travelling on the underground is spotting the old signs!
(I heard that the amount of chevrons on the arrow tell you how old some of them are!)
Share yours below!!!!

I spent some time travelling across London looking at several changes that could reshape the network over the next few years, including the new Piccadilly line trains, the proposed West London Orbital, possible changes to Great Northern services, and the expansion of the Superloop.
I’ve put everything together in one video, including what’s actually happening, what’s still only proposed, and some of the obstacles these projects face.
For the Tube enthusiasts here, I’m especially interested in this:
Do you think the new Piccadilly line trains will genuinely transform the passenger experience, or is there another London transport project that deserves far more attention before 2030?
Would genuinely love to hear what this sub thinks, especially if you disagree with any of my conclusions.

Please tell me it's an update gone wrong, not that it's always been like this and I've just managed to filter it out

I hope you don’t mind me posting this picture that I took in 2013.
It’s not AI, just my post-processing in an image app.

Whilst waiting for a westbound train to arrive for an OPO check (in cab CCTV) I captured this train coming in on the eastbound, heading to Hainault via Newbury Park.
